From the service - even in the top three they give slippers, shampoo, gel. They don't give anything here, it's very strange. The shower was leaking so that you couldn't go to the toilet, the water was constantly standing, which made the room dirty.
There were almost no Russian tourists in the hotel , mostly European residents .
The staff is very kind.
The pool is small and the water is constantly cold.

We have just returned from this hotel. When choosing this hotel, I looked through all the reviews.The hotel is quite consistent with 4, the rooms are freshly renovated, daily cleaning, there is enough food (well, not the same....you came), and relax by the sea. There are a lot of foreigners, Russians can be counted on the fingers.The treatment is good for us. How do you behave, is that how they treat you? the sea is across the road, but there is no traffic light.(Be careful, they don't follow the rules of the DD). Drinks include vodka, gin and tonic, wine
and paid alcohol. Lots of fruits.Minus I can only put 1: there are no sunbeds, they are paid. A towel can be obtained at the Hammam for an advance of 20 euros or $ 20, upon return, the money is refunded. If you don't bother too much on your vacation, then I highly recommend it.

The room stock does not match the description on the website from the word at all. We got a room for the disabled 👍 poor disabled people who will get into this room! Just like everyone else. There is no closet in the room, only a built-in one in which not even 2 people can decompose their belongings. 4 hangers, I don't know which dump they were dragged from. For some reason, they stuck an extra bed in us and we have to jump on our bed from the end because there is simply no place on the side of the bed. The refrigerator is barely there and smelly. There is only 1 shelf above the sink in the bathroom, water leaks from under the shower so there is water on the floor all the time. And the cherry on the cake is an air conditioner that buzzes like a jet plane that vibrates the walls. In general, I have never met a worse hotel. The only thing that is more or less food, but so far I've only been to dinner, I don't know about breakfast and lunch yet, but I have no illusions. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The attitude at the reception is boorish - a person just leaves and does not answer questions. He does not respond to the request (not just one, and in different variations from a sweet smile to the state of a migera).
As a result, the room was still changed, they gave a normal one on the 4th floor, but another strange nuance was discovered. These are the maids who clean the rooms ALL DAY and chatter incessantly at the top of their voices on the floor. That is, if you expect to relax after lunch in the hottest heat in your room, then you have miscalculated - you will have endless screeching chatter in your ear, and perhaps also music, as well as a delight for the ears - the rumbling of buckets. I'm shocked. That is, the administration generally trains its staff that they should not interfere with guests and their work does not involve a "club of interests".
