That's horrible. We had a vacation in August 2025.They don't settle, they say there are no places. We were sent to a hotel of this arsi chain for a day, but at a lower level. It's old, the air conditioner doesn't cool, but it's closer to the center. After us, a couple of Russians arrived, they were also sent there for 2 days out of 5. Calls to the tour operator did not give anything, they say agree. We arrived here on the second day. There is no hot water for two days, then it is cold or hot, it is impossible to wash. The hair dryer runs for 2 minutes. Towels were given 2 for 4, I asked at the reception, without reaction, no one changed in 12 days. There are no Russian-speaking employees. I'm really tired of the food. Fruits include watermelon, melon, apple, and pear. Pasta, broccoli, peppers, fries are dry, the meat is all bad. The mashed soup is sometimes spicy, sometimes salty, and it's hard to eat. The fish was given once in 12 days. Tap water is poured into the coffee machine and tea, it tastes terrible. The cleaner washed in the middle and started asking for money, they gave it to her, she left, this time she washed well. The beach here is nice, without slabs, sandy, sometimes pebbly, but the waves are such that you can't go into the sea, out of 12 days I swam for 4 days.I don't recommend it.

It 's a terrible hotel , I don 't even know where to start . 😤 A long check-in, there is no cleaning at all, you have to constantly ask (add paper, trash is removed and that's it) the towel was changed 1 time in 7 days, they asked for the last two days (they didn't give it) One night, they saw a cockroach in the toilet, and today, on the last night, on the bed.... The floors are dirty, no one has ever washed them. Variety of food 0 The pool is open until exactly 18:00... there is no program, nothing, the music is playing time after time, the speakers are wheezing

Не когда не писал,но приходится Приехали ночью ,нас не заселили,хотя путёвка уже действовала с 12.00 на ночь поселили соседний отель ,видимо комната для персонала,очень маленькая. Сопровождающая наша,которая нас провозила 2 часа,развозившая отдыхающих по отелям, хотя наш отель был 1 на маршруте,мы оказались самые последние.Привела нас на рецепшен не чего не обьясняя,что нет мест,уехала ,а там как хотите,до утра. Потеряв сутки путёвки нас заселили.Питание однообразное за 10 дней не рыбы не море продуктов.Даже ягод не каких не было,даже черешни,вишни,очень туго.На всём экономят,.Последние заезды одни местные жители. На 4звезды не как не тянет.Отсилы3 с натяжкой!
