We decided to come in spontaneously. In total, there is a horse-drawn price tag on the menu, to which, in addition, they drew as much as 18% for the service in the bill. We took two servings of pilaf, a salad and a couple of glasses of wine, for a total of ~ 360 thousand soums. Pilaf and salad are normal, but nothing special for that kind of money. Regarding the location, I want to note that with the interesting view from above from the terrace to the street, while sitting at a table, you can simultaneously hear music blaring from the neighboring restaurant by the pond and from the roof of the hotel nearby. At the same time, there is only one toilet and it is located on the ground floor, it is of medium capacity, and certainly does not correspond to the price level of this institution.

If you want to have a quick and delicious lunch in the center of Bukhara, I highly recommend the Art restaurant. Its sign does not immediately catch the eye, although it is adjacent to Labi Hovuz, located near the pond. When we got there for the first time, we weren't looking for other options anymore. It's sparsely populated, quiet, great food and service. After the packed halls of some central buildings, it's just an oasis in the city center.

Very bad. Don't waste time and money. Shurpa is a mixture of water, on the surface of which oil floats. The meat in the shurpa is rubber. I couldn't chew it. I didn't eat the shurpa. After any other shurpa, this is the worst. A dolma of over-salted minced meat. Hunger helped me overcome it. They said that there was unfiltered sarbast, they brought ordinary wheat. Tomatoes in salads are made of wood. As for me, wooden tomatoes in Uzbekistan are a mortal sin. Two stars only because of the location in the center of the historic quarter and the shade from the trees. The score is clearly inflated. The prices are overpriced for such low-grade quality in the center of the tourist quarter.

The soups and salad are delicious, and the freshly baked samsa is not bad. But the meat dishes were too salty, the kebab was very strong. The flatbread is stale, probably yesterday's. The only edible dish is a flatbread. They also charged 15% for the service! 😡

Well, although the establishments of Bukhara do not differ in Moscow cleanliness and quality of service, but this cafe stands out clearly and not for the better! The service is zero-you really have to kick everyone, the strls are dirty, the prices are more expensive than even the luby havuz. And the main menu is incomprehensible-Armenian-European (kebabs, pasta, a mixture of raccoon and rhinoceros). Nothing Uzbek is normal! Such a cool place and the surroundings are so messed up with this approach… And in general, I recommend taking a penny taxi and driving to the Chorbakr cafe-at least it's delicious there!

There was no joy from the large portion size, but rather a feeling that we were being laughed at. The staff treats the guests like merchants, if only they would leave more money, although they could give advice on the order, portion size, etc. The lamb was red in the middle, the chicken was too salty. We packed the meat with us, but living in a hotel it is very inconvenient to have two boxes of meat with us, there is nowhere to warm and store. In general, for our own money, we got executed with food and a spoiled mood.
