I decided to give the girl a tattoo for her birthday. We chose this studio, agreed on the drawing and the price at the consultation — 65,000 for the work, made an advance payment of 10,000. In the evening, they wrote to us, offered to postpone the time and come to another master, and we agreed. On the day of the session, we arrive, Master Aruzhan starts working with the girl, applies a sketch to the skin. The girl is worried — this is her first tattoo. And before starting to work with the typewriter, Aruzhan suddenly says that she charges 130,000 for such work. I'm saying that we agreed on a different amount. Aruzhan goes to the staff area and disappears there. After 10 minutes, I come over to figure out what's going on. Aruzhan, who is not an admin, says that they are looking into it, and asks me to leave the staff area, although I did not even go there. I think — okay, I'll wait, the situation will clear up. Another 15 minutes pass. The girl is sitting with a sketch on her skin all this time, nervous. I go up to the admin and Aruzhan again, turn on the recorder, and ask what's going on. The admin says they will contact the management. Aruzhan says that her work cannot cost 65,000, that she was asked to take the job — I am a client, I have an agreement with the studio, I should not suffer from their internal rules. When asked how long to wait, it is unknown. What to do if the management does not respond — they will make the decision themselves. The recording of the dialogue remains. The situation was resolved when master Irina approached, with whom there was a consultation. She talked to the admin and Aruzhan, then took the girl and started working. The whole circus took 40 minutes. The results: the studio, represented by Aruzhan, violated the agreement and refused to do the work. The administrator could not resolve the issue in any way. Instead of helping, Aruzhan politely sent her to wait. The girl was nervous, and after the studio she almost cried. If I had known in advance that this would happen, I would never have come here. Especially to Aruzhan.
