This is a great place to stay in Tashkent and discover the city. Close to the city center. Clean and cozy room with nice lighting. I like when there is an option to switch to kinda "evening mode". Polite and helpful manager Shohruh warmly welcomed us at the reception in the middle of the night.
Great breakfasts, especially when the manager Kristina is watching the service quality. One day we were met by her and it was the best breakfast for the last 5 years. Only 5-star Dubai hotels can compete with it.
Another day we started earlier, when she wasn't there yet, and it felt like waiters and others did their job in like "power-saving" mode: nobody cared about milk absence in the coffee machine, refreshing some empty plates and juice bottles, etc. Luckily, when Kristina arrived, everything was back to normal. Also, her great small-talk skills helped us to feel safe and comfortable.
If we ever have a chance to be in Tashkent again, we'll stay here.

The hotel is not bad enough, but there are disadvantages, we rented a small room with one bed for two.
Pros: clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, modern renovation, there were cups, tea and coffee bags in the room, as well as two 0.5l bottles of water, good bath towels and a safe.
Cons:
-you cannot pay with a narrow card, but only by transfer to a card;
-the shower cabin is low with a height of 185;
-there was laminate on the floor in the room and in places it was already swollen and cracks when you step on it;
-in the middle of the bed, at the headboard, sockets from which there is very good audibility from the room next door, a lamp clock on the bedside table is also connected to these sockets, the power supply was touched during sleep, the lamp clock begins to squeak a melody at night;
- the bed is double in size, but it consists of two single beds connected together, and of course one of them creaked.

A very cozy hotel. Convenient location: close to the airport, railway station and from the center, so it is convenient to get there. Wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts.
There's a lot of audibility between the rooms, but if you're lucky with the neighbors, you won't notice. We just stayed at the hotel 2 times, the first time in the next room a small child cried at night, so of course we didn't sleep. And the mattress is too hard for us. But this is not critical either.

We really liked this hotel. It is located on a quiet street. The room is wonderful, exceeded expectations. The only downside for us was a very hard mattress. You won't stay hungry at breakfast. The staff is very attentive and responsive. On the eve of our arrival, they called and clarified all the details. After learning that we are from Russia, we offered help with ordering and paying for a taxi. When we went to the taxi booking desk at the airport, there was a sign with our name on it, we were given a receipt and sent to board. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist paid for us. We returned the money when we exchanged rubles for soums. We also bought a local SIM card at the hotel, and it was connected to us there. Money can be exchanged with them (the rate is of course lower than the bank).
I definitely recommend this hotel!!!

The first visit to Uzbekistan began with this hotel!Friendly staff!Comfortable rooms!Great breakfasts!The elevator!The iron is on the floor!No need to carry it with you!There is a luggage room!We were even allowed to leave gifts for the friends we met at the end of our little trip in this storage room for free for a week that we traveled around the country!Thanks a lot for that!There are no problems with exchanging money.All this can be done at the hotel!Quiet street, near the avenue with shops, near the Hospital market.The airport is a 10-minute drive away

The most that I liked about this hotel is the breakfasts!!! Brewed coffee and a large selection of snacks pleased every day. The receptionists were very helpful and helped us find an excellent guide to the mountains for a good price. The room is small, but there is everything you need to relax. EXCEPT for the silence ... ((( we were settled on the ground floor and we woke up to the sounds of dripping water.. it turned out that they had opened the water in the faucet on the floor above. Everything that happens at the reception can be heard, the maids can be heard talking.. it was certainly a test... think seriously about sound insulation

The hotel is new, built in 2021. It stands on a quiet street, half an hour walk to the center. There is a bank and a supermarket nearby. You can buy local SIM cards at the reception.
Everything is clean and tidy in the room. The bed is wide, the mattress is moderately hard. At our request, they gave us a second blanket without question. In the bathroom there is a funny shower cabin with a bunch of different sprinklers, a kind of hydro massage on minimals. The air conditioner is working, but the window can also be opened if desired. There is an elevator.
There is a restaurant in the basement. The breakfasts are normal, without crazy pickles, but everything you need is there. In the afternoon and evening, they can feed in the hall or deliver food to the room. It's delicious, although the choice is small.
The staff is very polite and friendly, sincerely tries to help, but sometimes does not quite understand exactly what the guests want. Especially if you need something non-standard. If the question is important to you, do not hesitate to ask again and clarify, changing the wording.

We stayed at this hotel twice during one week. We liked everything during our visit: the friendliness, the professionalism of the administrators, the room (although the room is small, there is no room for suitcases), breakfast. But the second time was less lucky. The administrator did not advise anything on the question of where to have dinner, the breakfast was very poor, strikingly different from the past (at that time a group of tourists from Russia lived in the hotel, it is believed that for this reason they did not spread fruits, sweets, etc., they began to take out when our tourists finished breakfast). But most of all I was upset by the room (107), very small for two! There was not even a chair in the room (there is no place to put it), the bathroom door opens 45 degrees, exactly half, as it rests against the headboard! Two people cannot move around the room at the same time! We travel a lot, but this is the first time we've been in such conditions. It's a pity, someone got very greedy..

Guests from Russia have arrived. We were satisfied and very pleasantly stunned. We arrived at 5 a.m., check-in at 12:00. They let us into the room without any problems, helped with the exchange (the hotel employee himself changed the currency at an ATM outside the hotel). We would like to thank the hotel staff for promptly checking in my wife and me after another hotel said that they had not received our booking with Booking. We were fed a delicious breakfast, exchanged currency and packed a lunchbox instead of breakfast for our early departure.
The location of the hotel is very convenient: only 15 minutes by taxi to the airport, to the railway station and the center is also nearby - 10 minutes drive.
The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the bathroom has everything you need.

Nice hotel, near embassies street. Lots of cafes. The staff at the hotel is excellent, the restora is open until 22.00, breakfast is a buffet. There is both local and European cuisine. The maids are super, the cleaning is aerobatics. At the reception, they will sell a local SIM card, and they will give you a bunch of certificates and help. Отель прекрасно расположен, недалеко от улицы Нукус, на которой рестораны и магазины. Так же близко 10-15 минут пешком Госпитальный рынок. В отеле завтрак включен, а с обедом и ужином нет проблем- рестораны, фрукты и местная еда на рынке. Завтрак разнообразный, шведский стол. Найдется подходящая еда как для взрослых, так и для детей. Останавливаемся в отеле второй раз, так как устраивает чистота и отношение персонала. В номере не старая мебель, кровати удобные. Сам номер не очень большой, но вполне комфортный. Рекомендую гостям столицы останавливаться в этом отеле и благодарим персонал за внимание ко всем нашим пожеланиям.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The center is just around the corner. The airport is also nearby, as well as the railway station. Номер стандартный на первый взгляд очень маленький, но для просто переночевать более чем хватает.
Кровать - супер, широкая, удобная, матрас идеальный, белье чистое и приятное. Ванная комната в отличном состоянии, душевая кабина, сантехника, напор воды, фен - все что необходимо.
Завтрак - вот завтрак это как отдельный вид искусства, вкусно, разнообразно, может наесться даже здоровый мужик под 160 кг - рис, картофель, что-то мясное, яйца, сыр, овощи, фрукты, салаты, хлопья, сухофрукты и орехи, сок (не химия, а настоящий сок), кофе, чай, круассаны, блины, каша. Плюс приятная музыка и удобные диваны.
Рядом магазин, до аэропорта и жд вокзала 15 минут.

Отель не большой, уютный. Свежий ремонт. В номерах полный комплект банных принадлежностей.
Завтрак не очень разнообразный, но покушать можно.
Отель находится в тихом районе, но рядом есть огромный супермаркет, кафе, рестораны, банк.
До центра идти пешком около 40-50 мин.
Есть один недостаток, рядом идёт стройка и по-возможности нужно просить номера на другую сторону.

Довелось в новогодние праздники остановиться в данном отеле. Отель удобно расположен недалеко от ж/д вокзала и аэропорта. Номер хороший, завтрак сытный. Плохую оценку ставлю за работу персонала на ресепшене. Номер бронировала подруга в ноября 2022г., при заезде сказали, что нашего номера нет и нас поселят в меньший номер за меньшие деньги. Согласились переночевать, хорошо одна только ночь,не критично. После оплаты и при заезде в номер, нам позвонили и попросили убрать бронь с Букинга, так как дали нам номер за меньшие деньги, предложение было отклонено. При выезде меня попросили оценить отель, на, что я им сказал, что за их косяк поставлю только 5 из 10. Персонал ресепшен не согласился и стал уверять, что нам дали даже лучше номер один а меньшие деньги. По приезду домой, подруга поставила им оценку 7 из 10. И тут полетели письма, что оценка маленькая, и за номер мы заплатили меньше, чем цена в январе , хотя номер бронировали в ноябре Вообщем ресепшен при заезде и выезде из отеля расстроил. Поэтому оценка 1 , чтобы в следующий раз были внимательнее при бронировании и не выпрашивали оценки.

Прекрасный отель! Персонал настоящие профессионалы!!! Завтрак отличный! Все очень понравилось! Жили в люксе и в обычном номере. Везде хорошо. В номере фен, банные принадлежности. Утюг с доской на каждом этаже. очень чисто. Рядом есть хорошие рестораны, магазины.

Вполне достойный вариант, чтобы остановиться на несколько ночей. Хорошее расположение в приличном районе, до всего (центр, аэропорт, вокзал) можно за 10 минут добраться на такси.
В номере чисто, есть необходимые принадлежности, сейф, тапочки.
Завтрак-шведский стол, нормальный выбор, но если больше чем на 2-3 дня, вероятно, надоест.
Из минусов отмечу жесткую и не самую удобную кровать.

Отличный, уютный Art Deluxe отель..чистый ,уютный,новый,ухоженый..были здесь уже второй раз мене чем через год! Сегодня вернулись с Ташкента! Были с младенцем,он везде ползал,в номере,в коридорах,на лестнице.и мы не переживали ..так как везде чисто! Приятный и дружелюбный ,услужливый и любезный персонал! Во всем сразу откликались и помогали! Завтраки хорошие и вкусные! Всегда достаточно еды ,и любимый кофе! Молодцы ребята..только можно добавить бассейн 😊👍 спасибо за все! С ВАМ отдыхать легко!

Показался самым лучшим по соотношению цена/качество - и мы не прогадали, все супер, приветливый персонал, принимают оплату в долларах и сумах, могут дать сдачу в удобной валюте, ещё один важный факт - рядом филиал Капитал Банка, где можно разменять привезенные с собой наличные доллары/евро на местные суммы по адекватному курсу без спекулянтских наценок, которые бывают в аэропортах или рядом с торговыми местами)

Красивый отель, очень чисто, новый ремонт и сантехника. Удобное расположение, недалеко от ж/д и аэро. Рядом рынок и много магазинчиков. В номере есть все необходимое, кроме, пожалуй, халата. Ещё минусик - большому автобусу с группой близко не подъехать, узкая булочка. Нужно тащить чемоданы метров 300.

The walls are cardboard, if a neighbor snores, it feels like he is sleeping in bed next to you. The shower leaks to a puddle in the bathroom, I informed the reception, it turned out to be "well, yes", and I just need to call the maid. Apparently by jumping over a puddle. There is no heating in the room and it is cold at night. If you turn on the air conditioner for heating, it is very stuffy. Breakfast is not even breakfast. For 4 days I ate only fried sausages, a couple of pieces of vegetables and drank juice. In general, the breakfast of a 2-star hotel. The reception smells like laundry. The size of the sheet does not match the mattress and it slips. The blankets are as thick as an ordinary terry towel, I had to cover myself with three. The room with one bed is very small, if you take it together, then you will just walk over each other.
And of course the entrance from the colorful broken street.
You can probably stay here if there's nowhere else at all. I was led to the reviews on the web. I still can't figure out where so much excitement comes from.

I stayed at this hotel during my business trip. A magnificent hotel with friendly staff who trust you in everything. There was a difficulty with paying for accommodation services as I arrived late in the evening, the staff allowed me to reproduce the payment the next day. I recommend this hotel.
