Nice little hotel near the city center. 10 minutes walk to metro. There are bunch of good eateries next to the hotel.

Be very careful when booking this hotel. We have booked this location.(we needed to be in this area, and this hotel seems to have a good price and the reviews are normal) and as a result, we arrived at night, and without any warning they sent us to another hotel, their company on the other side of the city near the Yuzhny railway station. And there is a very beautiful hotel outwardly, which has only recently been opened, but it was built incorrectly. There are a lot of things that don't work or fall off. The water from the shower flows to the toilet. The phone doesn't work, there's nothing in the room, no cleaner, no blanket, you call the reception, they say we'll fix it - and they can't fix anything. For two days that we lived, something in the corridor beeped 24 hours a day. The insulation is very bad, we could hear the reception from the third floor. The windows in the rooms are very strangely arranged. The hotel is called Art royal. You can Google it.
The hotel has two advantages: a beautiful hall and rooms, and a good breakfast buffet with coffee beans.
The service is all smiling but they can't do anything. (.

Nice and clean hotel. It is located not far from the metro and railway station. Good and delicious breakfasts. A very unfriendly attitude towards tourists from Russia. The hotel room was booked four months before check-in. Upon arrival , it was announced that they could not settle us for some far -fetched reasons . The situation broke up only after the intervention of friends living in Tashkent. The next day, I received an email about the rebooking. Throughout the rest, we were worried that they would be evicted from the hotel. Tourists from Russia need to think very carefully before booking a room at this hotel.

We are currently staying at this hotel for 3 days, at first we were a little upset when checking in that the room is small and without a refrigerator, by the way, there is also no safe in the room.
But believe me, the very polite attitude of the staff, the tastiest buffet food (yes, without meat) such that there is no discomfort in the stomach after a hearty meal , good san .the room, the very comfortable bed and the air conditioning cover these little flaws.
P.S . We take earplugs with us on all trips and no extraneous noises interfere with us.

I really liked the hotel! Pancakes are very tasty for breakfast! The rooms are clean and well cleaned. The location is convenient: 10 minutes walk to the metro, close to the bus station.
We stayed at a family club, occupied several rooms and were allowed to play board games in the cafe in the evening even after closing. Thank you very much!

There is not enough refrigerator, although there is a place for it in the niche of the table, and there is also nowhere to put a suitcase. There are several restaurants near the hotel, as well as a pilaf center.
But some are cleaned daily and at the same time, which is convenient.

Отличная гостиница.Выражаем благодарность персоналу гостиницы. Хочется отметить, что все очень доброжелательные и вежливые, поэтому создается атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения.,были в отеле ART ECO HOTEL 21 мая . Хочется поделиться самыми лучшими впечатлениями от отдыха. Отель замечательный. Буду ли я рекомендовать данный отель для проживания? Конечно же да! Да, завтрак - шведский стол , устанете есть. Номерной фонд шикарный : номера чистые , стильные, окуратные и как мне показалось , очень тихие. Спасибо за отличный отдых в Ташкенте. Обязательно вернусь в ART ECO HOTEL еще раз.

It's been a long time since I've been in such a bad hotel, although I travel a lot. Firstly, we were immediately put in room 106, and this is the room where the window looks out into the barn, yes, into our own, where there is a washing machine that works around the clock and a lot of different things inside, we refused, we were offered a neighboring room, the same tiny one, where we had to walk sideways and preferably only one person. The window looked out onto an enclosed courtyard, that is, there was no sun at all and plus there were their very angry maids who discussed all the guests of the hotel, loudly, without ceremony, in all details. They refused to change it, saying that well, there are no empty seats at all. The room had good air conditioning, a comfortable bed, linen was not changed, and very good towels, which were also not changed, and a large bathtub. Everything else was covered by the very small size of the room, I would say 8 square meters as much as possible, audibility, a terrible courtyard with habalka aunts, cleaners and completely inadequate young boys at the reception who could not decide whether we paid for the room or not, one day they found the payment, the second - no more. Yes, there were also breakfasts, kind of diverse, but that's how lucky, there were often empty dishes, they didn't clean the tables and twice I took dirty knives, in a plate with seemingly clean knives. Номер большой, кровать удобная, душ тоже. Рядом 2 турецких ресторана и кафе У бабушки, где очень вкусно. Примерно в 2 остановках базар, но идти туда неприятно- улица как промзона и дорога грязная, в ямах асфальт. До метро далеко пешком, совсем не 10 мин, как указано. От метро Пушкина неудобно, большая петля на разворот, нежилое место,страшновато вечером. У метро нет ничего, людей тоже. В номере нет мини-бара, как заявлено, телефон не работает, 2 вешалки. Обещали принести, но забыли. Обещали позвонить утром , но проспали. Это отношение к клиентам. На стойке не выдают карты, не рассказывают про город. Очень невкусные завтраки, это нельзя есть. Причём всё.Даже выглядит плохо. Кофе растворимый. Непонятно, почему высокий рейтинг отеля.

Terrible hotel! The buffet sucks! The rooms suck! Wooden stairs are not for people. Business travelers should be more careful, they do not provide accounting documents. The worst hotel I've ever been to. The whole impression of a beautiful country was spoiled by this hotel.

We booked the room in advance - almost a month before check-in. On the day of arrival, they said that the reservation allegedly flew off - they referred to problems with the Booking. They offered another hotel from their network - the Art Residence Hotel. They say the hotel is even better there. They said they would call a taxi now and take us there for free. After the road, I didn't have the strength to find out anything and look for other options, so we agreed. We barely got into a taxi, a tiny car, even though there were only two of us and one small suitcase. We drove like herrings in a barrel. As a result, the taxi also turned out to be paid - no one paid for anything at the hotels. With this arrangement, we could call a comfortable taxi ourselves. Then it became clear that it was their policy to send vacationers to their nearby half-empty hotel. There were no "booking problems" in other hotels in Samarkand and Bukhara. We do not recommend this hotel - it is not known where they will settle in the end.

We stayed in this hotel for 11 nights, everything is fine, the hotel staff is friendly and hospitable.Excellent location within walking distance of Parkentsky Bazaar, a quiet 10-minute walk to the metro (Pushkinskaya).

We booked a room at the booking office. We arrived on the specified date and found out that there were no available rooms, to the question "how did it happen?" The receptionist just shrugged. We were offered a room in another Art chain hotel within a 5-minute walk, we agreed, because it was already 5 in the morning and after a long journey I wanted to sleep. But before leaving, we decided to clarify whether there would be a similar problem in 10 days (we had to re-check into this hotel, the room was also booked through Booking). At the reception, they answered our question that they couldn't say for sure at the moment, but they would definitely "come up with something." After that, they asked to cancel the booking at the booking office (for both dates!?). I put 2 stars only because we were already settled in the neighboring Art hotel without any problems.

Прекрасное расположение - не центр, но на такси можно быстро добраться до всех самых важных мест. Рядом отличные рестораны на любой кошелек. Сам отель недорогой. Но качество номеров соответствует цене - на первом этаже как-будто в старом Советском доме отдыха - уюта ноль! На третьем почти мансардном этаже есть своя романтика, но дерево потертое, все покоценное! В итоге - если в номере только спать - нормальный вариант

Удобное расположение.Приветливый персонал .Вкусный,разнообразный завтрак. Уборка ежедневная . Мебель новая , все современно . Рядом много кафе и ресторанов.
Единственное что не понравилось . Брали 2 номера . Один дали на первом этаже ( очень маленький) для семье очень тесно . Второй номер на втором этаже ,намного просторнее. цена одинаковая(((

I ordered a hotel from 17.04, writing through booking that I would arrive on 18.04 at one o'clock in the morning. arriving at the hotel by this time with a 2-year-old child, picking up the suitcases, a stroller, a child, they told me, sorry, but all rooms are booked, go to the art residence hotel, they paid only half the cost of a taxi.. in general, the service suffers.. why was it so difficult to immediately write that unfortunately all the rooms are occupied, go to that hotel. Очень удобный и уютный отель, где есть всё необходимое для кратковременного пребывания. Вежливый персонал, помощь в доставке вещей к номеру, что особенно важно для женщин. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Рекомендую.

The room is renovated like in a cheap hotel. The TV is small, it shows only local channels. The entire sewer system in the room can be heard very strongly. I will not move in there anymore. On the plus side, clean linen. Cleaning is on the level.

Останавливались в этом отеле на 6 ночей. Сам отель выглядит хорошо, холодильников в номере нет, но есть общий около ресепшна. Администраторы на все вопросы по городу, регистрации и прочему всегда отвечали и помогали. Внизу в этом же здании расположено классное кафе. Номера в хорошем состоянии, в европейском стиле, очень чисто и уютно. Звукоизоляция в номерах не плохая, ну или нам просто повезло с соседями)) около отеля есть несколько классных ресторанов, где можно посидеть вечером.

Удобное расположение 2 станции метро. На первом этаже вегетарианское кафе, в шаговой доступности, узбекский ресторан, столовая с русской кухней и банк.
Завтрак разнообразный.

Очень приятное место, удобное расположение - недалеко от метро. Выгодные цены. Бронировали Двухместный номер для гостей из Германии. Номер оказался очень маленьким и по просьбе гостей заменили на более просторный номер за ту же цену. Спасибо большое!

Вполне приличная гостиница. АРТ висит на стенах, ЭКО лежит, по-видимому, на полу. До аэропорта 20-30 минут на таксо без пробок, но со стоянием в очередях на железнодорожном переезде и перед въездом в аэропорт. Белье чистое и приятное, полотенец много. Электрочайник с сахаром и пакетированным чаем в номере. Есть фен, душевая кабина, горячая вода, кондиционер и телевизор с массой каналов. После горного похода все поражает своей белизной и чистотой. Персонал на ресепшен отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Завтрак не застал, уехал раньше, с собой не просил. Расположен в 20 минутах ходьбы от станции метро Йупак Йули или в пяти минутах на таксо. В отеле было тихо, никто не беспокоил. Не могу сказать про долговременное проживание, но на одну-две ночи весьма достойно.

Лучший отель, в котором мы жили, в Ташкенте. Цена/качество отличные! Хороший персонал, отличные завтраки, большой классный номер с очень тихим кондиционером. Ежедневная качественная уборка, красивые интерьеры.
Хорошее местоположение, рядом отличное заведение с шашлыками! Напротив магазины на любой вкус.
В ванной только напор воды маленький немного и горячая вода не очень горячая, приходилось мыться почти полностью вывернув в сторону горячей.

Вполне чисто и уютно. Смутило, что на двухместной кровати положено два односпальных матраса, посередине получается щель. Душ красивый чистый, но напор оставляет желать лучшего. Рядом есть кафешки среднего уровня. Пешая доступность до метро.

Nice hotel. It's a long way to the metro (1.7km). The breakfasts are delicious but there is no meat. Good responsive staff, clean rooms, so that hot water goes, you need to drain cold water for 10 minutes.

Понравилась гостиница, уютный номер, хорошая сантехника. Завтраки вполне достойные, на любой вкус. Метро в пешей доступности, хорошие рестораны прямо рядом. Убираются в номерах каждый день, в номере чайник, чай, кофе, вода в бутылках. Рекомендую к проживанию.

Завтраки самые простые, каша, глазунья, нарезка, салат овощной, кексики, омлетов, оладьев не было. Номер не блестит, пол паркетный старый, скрипит местами. Сантехника рабочая. Проблема с горячей водой. Видимо, в отеле экономят и включают нагреватель, когда попросишь! Потом надо подождать пока он нагреется минут 20-30. Напор воды слабый. Если поеду в Ташкент, здесь больше не остановлюсь. Рядом ресторан Бек.

Вежливый персонал, во всем помогали, от поднятия чемоданов, до обмена валюты. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Расположение очень хорошее, рядом много классных и недорогих ресторанов,в прочем, как и все в Ташкенте ))
