We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay. The main issue was the behavior of the staff. During our stay, we were subjected to inappropriate and vulgar jokes directed at us. As two women traveling together, this made us feel uneasy and not respected, which is unacceptable in a hospitality setting. In addition, the cleanliness of the accommodation did not meet basic expectations. The bathroom was smelled badly and the floors were quite dusty. Overall, what stood out most was how unwelcome and uncomfortable we felt due to the staff’s behavior. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both professionalism and hygiene standards for future guests.

Level 14 Local Expert

A great hotel at a reasonable price. A perfectly clean room, good breakfasts, courteous staff, close to the airport. There are good cafes and shops nearby. We are glad that we stayed at this hotel.
