the delivered bouquet did not match the picture - in terms of splendor and filling with flowers. the floor of the bouquet was replaced, the replacement was not agreed upon. bright flowers were replaced with strange greenery. the bouquet is of poor quality - the roses declared in the bouquet are not visible and they are smaller than other auxiliary flowers. when making a claim, they replied that we had allegedly disassembled the bouquet. in fact, only the wrapper was removed. in the picture, by the way, the bouquet is presented without packaging and looks magnificent.
