BUT: I needed to buy fasteners for a floor board, which one specifically I had no idea, I turned to the consultant with the question: what kind of self-tapping screw do I need for a floor board (of a specific thickness) to the osb sheets, the consultant began to tell me something that I needed to solve something for myself and what-then talk nonsense about a large selection, etc.
Yes, I can study the issue myself, choose a specific self-tapping screw, diameter, length and everything else, but I came to a consultant with this question - the consultant's task is to offer me options and that I buy something that will solve my problem. As a result, I just turned around and left this store. I don't put a deuce just because of the large selection. And it would also be great to communicate with the client a little more respectfully (at least if the client respectfully addresses you)
Upd: I am responding to the official response. Firstly, all the dimensions were reported - the size of the board, Dan and other things - the whole "pie" so to speak, I'm sorry that I didn't report the exact length of the screw, but I'm sorry, the consultant could have advised on the basis of these data the required size. And since such a thing has happened, then teach the staff to communicate culturally with visitors, the communication was a little boorish, if you do not advise on the choice of a self-tapping screw, then let the consultant say so in this case, and not start asking questions like - "why the hell did you come here then since you don't know what kind of self-tapping screw you need". Instead of offering a solution to the problem at least here in the reviews or adequately offering a solution to the problem, you're just trying to defend yourself) well, then not even 3, now it's 2.
Just in case: nowadays, it's not enough just to have a good product, you need to have a good service - customers always note this, even if the product is not premium
