I found it by accident, I decided to come in the waiters are a little slow, but there is even an English-speaking waiter. The prices are reasonable, "even very" the place looks like a restaurant ( although it says bistro), a lot of plants ( you can smoke ). It looks like there are always tables available here. I ordered Caesar with shrimps (the shrimps are not cleaned, with tails) An aperol syringe, and water. 7425 drams were released (per person) I bet 4* for the crumbs on the floor.
