I’ve recently started Pilates and I love it so much!! The studio is very clean and cozy and my instructor is very friendly and attentive. I always have the best time here and I’m looking forward to my upcoming sessions ❤️

A state of art Pilates studio at a beautiful location in residential complex Alyaparusa. I have been taking personal sessions at this place and I am not only impressed by the well equipped, comfortable place but also the approach. They start with data from Body Analysis report and then help you work on your targets. I am very satisfied and enjoy each of my session. I am finally feeling good about exercising after 15 years. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to begin or accelerate their journey towards fitness and healthy living. Great job and kudos to the owner, instructors and managers at the studio.
