The hotel is new, there are a lot of children's and not so many diseases. The room is large, all amenities are available. If it's about the good.
Now about the bad stuff. 1) There is no toilet at the reception. This is a kick-ass, guys. They are sent to some kind of utility room in the basement, for the staff. You can't do that. 2) Check-in was delayed, they promised to prepare the room by 12, then by 14, but at 14:10 the room was still cleaned. 3) check-out is also very long, we waited 15 minutes for registration. So you can be late for the airport. 4) The switches in the room just fall out of the walls. 5) There are brown streaks on the duvet cover, I don't even want to think about what. 6) The TV does not work like a TV, and there is not enough Internet speed for YouTube. 7) They offer a "discount" upon check-in, but in fact the staff simply cancels the booking commission. You need to cancel the reservation yourself. Thus, the hotel is probably being saved from bad reviews.

Room 101 is on the ground floor, so you can't open the curtains even during the day (like in an aquarium), you have to constantly use artificial light, a 2-bedroom bed occupies almost the entire room, you had to move it to free up space for morning exercises. Nearby is the DUDEK pub, where there is probably a disco every evening and music can be heard even with the windows closed until 12:30 pm. When it's stuffy, you have to open the window, the smells of exhaust fumes and cigarettes immediately rush into the room. Breakfasts are included from 7 to 10, but already at 9-9:30 there is little left, I came earlier- there was nowhere to sit, I had to go to the room with a plate. In 3 days, no one tried to clean up, the administrator kindly brought the finished toilet paper when she asked.

The rooms are not bad, but the shower is without a wall and the entire floor in the bathroom is then damp (dries quickly because heated). There is no place in the bathroom to accommodate the necessary things! Not a single shelf. Breakfasts according to the system - whoever managed to eat it :) after 9 a.m. there is almost nothing left... The smells from the kitchen go all the way through the hotel to the top floors. Audibility between rooms - communicate with your neighbors in a low voice and everything is audible)) the location is convenient from the airport, friendly staff!!!They helped us a lot on the first day!!!thank you very much!!!

The breakfast is good. Hot water in the room is rare, in the morning or in the evening, you need to catch the moment to wash up. The room is cold, explained by the fact that the gas supply is weak, it lasted two weeks. The air conditioner that was supposed to heat was broken, promised by the master, who never arrived. They change the bed and towels from cleaning. The floor is not vacuumed, the bathroom is not cleaned. We rented a deluxe double room. We booked through booking, the hotel canceled the reservation at check-out, the administrator promised to resolve this issue, but did nothing.

The breakfasts are very meager- they need to be reviewed, the beds are hard, but everywhere in Uzbekistan there are hard mattresses, even though I sleep on a hard one, it was very hard for me! there are no shadow curtains, the windows on the road are quite noisy.
It's so clean, there's everything you need.

It was a nice hotel, we had a seemingly ordinary room, but it had 2 spacious rooms. One has a double bed and a large wardrobe, the other has a sofa, a table with a chair, a kettle, a refrigerator. Both rooms have air conditioning. The room is clean, although no one came to us with cleaning during our stay. Perhaps because the room is locked with a regular key, i.e. no cards or electronics. Probably, we should have asked about cleaning and left the key at the reception, but it didn't matter to us. The wifi worked well, there were no problems with check-in and check-out. The only thing I didn't really like was the breakfast: it was very poor. Overall, the impression of the stay is good.

But the shower in the room worked in all holes at once :) and the young people at the reception were playing tricks with the payment, hinting at paying in dollars and pretending that they did not accept bank cards. Some young Uzbekistanis are muddy. Well, WiFi works in the "that is, that is not" mode, but this is a common phenomenon in Uzbekistan.

The location is good
The rooms are simple. The room is dirty, the carpet has not been cleaned since the opening of the hotel.
Nothing was done in the room for 4 days of stay. The garbage was not taken out, I'm not talking about changing towels, as they do not dry.
The staff is responsive, but not responsive to requests.
Breakfast is the most ordinary. You can find something to eat. No frills.

We stayed 2 times at the hotel. There are both pros and cons. Of the cons: not perfect cleanliness (I'll say right away, I'm picky, someone might not even notice it) - there was small debris on the floor, glasses for brushes are not washed, dust on the wall panels, near which you sleep and breathe it; bad wifi - there is real sadness, in the evening finally the Internet is dying to watch movies / videos, they distributed the Internet from the phone; breakfast food is very small, there is no variety, for the 2nd time of our stay at the hotel we never even went down for breakfast; there is also a small minus - technical, somewhere the sink faucet is leaking, water is running on the floor, pressure weak - but there is a problem with water almost everywhere in Uzbekistan, as we understood it.
Now the pros: one big and significant plus is the friendly and responsive staff - they will always respond, help, you can easily negotiate; the second plus is a modern and nice interior.
In general, the owners of the hotel should better monitor the quality of cleaning and the condition of the rooms, make a quick Wi-Fi, diversify the breakfasts and everything will be great.
