We had a great rest in this hotel, it was warm and comfortable (it snowed heavily, surprisingly). The service is courteous and attentive. The mattresses are a little harsh, but as it turned out, they got a good night's sleep)
The breakfast buffet is not rich, but porridge, fried eggs, lots of goodies, samsa, salads. Both adults and children always left well-fed. The hotel is located on a beautiful waterfront, while there is no noise, near Magic Park, very convenient. I recommend.

Nice hotel, clean, good sound insulation of the rooms. Friendly reception. Convenient location, close to a shopping center, outlet and amusement park. You need to come early for breakfast, then you can eat more. The rooms with balconies are quite noisy from the street and the rapid flow of the canal.

Bad. Very bad. The most lame hotel we've come across in Uzbekistan. Do not mislead visitors with the name PREMIUM! Yes, the entrance is beautiful, the reception is elegant. But after you are given the keys with a plastic keychain, it becomes clear what level this hotel is. The carpet in the hallway is full of holes, the rooms are tired, the WOODEN mattress (for straightening the spine is normal, of course), the suffocating smell of powder from the already gray bed linen, the shower only works in one position, the breakfast is meager, everything is very messy, the sticky floor in the dining room.
We were so upset and angry at the employee of another hotel who rented our rooms to other tourists and sent us to this hotel with the words "this is a great hotel!". In general, there are much better hotels at similar prices.

Upon entering the hotel and the room, it seems that everything is fine. We met well, the registration takes a few seconds. The elevator is soft, not noisy. But then problems are discovered. Our room was on the 5th floor. The smell in the bathroom was sewage - I had to keep the door slightly ajar all the time to ventilate. The water flows barely well and either boiling water or cold - it is extremely difficult to adjust the normal temperature. I heard from other residents that they had no water at all - I did not specify on which floor. We got good linen and towels (there are reviews.where it's washed). It was hot in the room and I decided to pull the duvet out of the duvet cover. I wish I hadn't done that. The blanket with yellow spots is appropriate, they are not washed or processed. There is a choice for breakfast, but only if you find it. We arrived about 45 minutes after the start (from 8 to 10 breakfast time). A lot of things were gone and no one bothered to replenish. There are marmites.but the food in them is cold. There were no fruits anymore, those who came earlier had red apples on the table. In general, it is definitely not worth it for a long stay. But you can be patient for 1-2 nights. In addition, there is an embankment, a beautiful Magic city, a shopping center and close to the airport.

Terrible hotel! One of the advantages is the polite reception staff and the location in the city, that's it! I stayed at this hotel in May and, so it happened that in August of this year, I stayed for a couple of nights. The first time there was dirty bed linen, everything was in someone else's hair, the carpet in the room was also covered with hair and stains, a juice bag was thrown under the table, the towels stank of some kind of burning, it was not possible to dry off. In the second check-in, it was even worse, they moved into a room that was, I'm sorry, vomited and hastily washed, there was a terrible smell in the room, the drain hole in the bathroom in the sink was clogged with remnants of vomit ... Ugh! They asked to move to another room, it was good that there were rooms available. The breakfasts are disgusting, from what you can eat it's sausages, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, there were 2-3 types of salads, abundantly filled with mayonnaise and products from yesterday's breakfast, in short, I do not recommend it. The hangers are dirty, even hanging clothes is disgusting.

The only advantage of this hotel is the location, and they can meet/escort you from/to the airport. We arrived in the morning at 7-8 o'clock. We left our things in the room. And in order not to sit until 14:00, they went for a walk around Tashkent. We returned at 2:15 p.m., the room is not ready. We were able to check in by 15:00. They threw their things and ran away. Deluxe room for 2 adults and a child. 1. A broken sink. 2. Broken blinds. 3. The room is under the roof. 4. Mold in the bathroom. 5. It always stank of sewage. 6. Unreasonably high price just for the location. 7. The breakfasts are so-so and the place is in the basement, the tables are not strong but clean, and the flowers that are stated in the photo for comfort on the tables are also missing. 8. My husband had a doctor, there was no discount or compliment.
Perhaps the rooms below the 5th floor are better, they have at least a balcony. Conclusion: in the center near Tashkent city, you can also rent a room or an apartment cheaper. We got $183 for two nights in a terrible hotel.

I don't like to write bad reviews.... of the advantages: the location is excellent👌 the view from the room we came across the river and this is the whole plus. The hotel itself is dirty, battered by time. It is better to bring your own towels, they are there with a nasty smell of old dirty things (apparently they are not washed). Breakfast ... Well, I went to eat there once and didn't go there anymore. My husband went two more times and said that everything is the same. There is no coffee at all. There was tea. The food is all there, it seems like it's being brought from somewhere where it's been lying around. It looks unappetizing and disgusting. I do not recommend the hotel on any point. It's better to look for something decent nearby.

The hotel was chosen because of the location (I was interested in a specific area).
It's not really a center, but there is a Friendship Park nearby, a huge shopping center, right next to the hotel on the embankment there are coffee shops, hookah, fast food, etc.
The rooms are not bad, there are rooms with and without a balcony. The room is clean, but the towel and bed linen are not in the best condition)
Cleaning is provided upon request.
There is Wi-FI. It works well. The room has air conditioning.
The lights were turned off once, but this is a problem for the whole of Tashkent
There were problems with the water in my room - when trying to change the temperature of the tap water, very hot water started pouring out. A couple of times the cold water disappeared altogether.
Breakfasts, to put it mildly, are a bit simple ...) I recommend finding a cafe with breakfast nearby in advance)

The staff is good, the taxi to the airport was called by the "business" themselves. The sink was broken in the room, the stench was from the shower stall, mold was everywhere in the shower stall. We were checked in an hour later. I would not recommend it.... Nearby Seoul Mall.

Stayed for 1 night. We chose it because of its proximity to the airport. Spending the night is a good option, I also liked the breakfast. But if you are not passing through, and the goal is to take a walk, see the city, then the hotel is far from the center. The hotel itself is very simple, not new, with broken plumbing. When we turned on the water in the sink, a puddle immediately appeared on the floor, she said at the reception, but no measures were taken, and the next guests checked into the room with running water. I think that the price of the hotel is too high.

Advantages: location.
Cons: the worst hotel in my life, 2 days of hell!
- Dirty linen and towels (all stained with different colors), rent a dirty room to the guests, they said call if anything, but the phone did not work in the room ;))
- sockets are loose,
- mattresses are natural bunks!
- the linen is stained apparently by "couples in love".
- instead of 2 bottles of water, there was one started.
- there are big crumbs in the chair.
- the highlight of the program is a curtain with traces of vomit!
The administrator tried to argue with the comments and convince me that I was a biased guest! And he told me that I complained to the guides about the condition of the room, and did not inform them...
The guides asked the administrators after my first complaint to check everything on the second check-in at the end of the trip - they did not bother and again everything is in a circle!
Breakfasts are 3+. You eat without pleasure, but it is edible.
Try to choose something more worthy, so as not to spoil your vacation!
It's a pity you can't put 0 stars.

I arrived at night! As promised, we were greeted with a sign - it's so cool, because so many taxi drivers were barking)
The hotel is quiet and pleasant. I was met by a guy at the reception - smiling and friendly. He checked in instantly, and when I went into the room, I remembered that I hadn't paid off, I called, and he said, "Don't worry, you'll pay off tomorrow. If you arrive on a weekend, there are few banks that work! But I think they would have waited until Monday from Saturday. I paid for the housing partially in dollars, and then I changed rubles for soums. The hotel staff is very friendly. Water in the room and at the reception can be taken upon request. The room is spacious and clean. The girls cleaned well, it's just that sometimes you have to ask them. But, it didn't bother.
The breakfasts are modest, but in principle sufficient for breakfast. Dried fruits, cottage cheese, Sour cream, porridge, salads, omelette, fresh fruits. If you want to catch everything, just come early. The Ankhor River is near the hotel, the construction site nearby does not interfere, I think when it is completed, it will be very beautiful. The room has air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, kettle, slippers, shower accessories, soap. Birds sing at night and in the morning! Very close to 2 banks, Next shopping center, Amusement Park, HUMO Arena in a 15-minute walk. The taxi is very cheap!

Pleasant, polite, cozy staff. Special thanks for the help with the suitcase and the kindly provided lunch boxes on the road at 4! morning. A pleasant addition was the free transfer from the airport - we were met, taken, accommodated. We didn't have any local currency with us - we settled in cash in dollars - very convenient. Just one thing. Spacious room with two balconies and everything you need. One thing upset me - the quality of washing dishes. There were badly washed traces of tea on the cups, and the glasses were dusty.
