Personally, I liked this hotel. The breakfasts are delicious, with a huge variety, fresh vegetables and fruits, lots of pastries, cakes, biscuits, sausage cuts, mini sams and more. The suite is very decent. Sauna and pool for 5+.

An uncomfortable hotel, noisy, far from the center, it seems neat inside, but the service does the best. You can imagine that at night, when you are sleeping, the door opens and the cleaner enters. It is clear that I got confused, but the reception staff reacted sluggishly to the remark. But that's not the point - you can chain yourself to this hotel for 1 night. But I would not recommend staying longer.

A good hotel for your money. Corresponds to three stars. There is a bus stop nearby. There is a metro station within walking distance. I changed the currency right at the hotel. Breakfast is a buffet, the food is delicious. Of the cons, there was no coffee machine, it was a little noisy from the road, but I still give 5 points.

We made a reservation a month in advance at this hotel. We received the booking confirmation, we were calm that we would arrive and be accommodated. At the same time, I wrote and called the hotel in advance using the numbers that were given in the booking. As a result, none of the numbers are active, and Whatsapp is also silent. I wrote to the post office and received a reply that they were waiting for us.
We arrived at the hotel at 00:00 (we were warned in advance that we would be at that time), and they tell us that our armor is missing, that the system flew and all the data magically evaporated.
Be careful with this hotel, as the phone number on the website is incorrect and the mail is also incorrect. I have already found out about this at the reception desk at the hotel itself
The impressions are of course terrible, as we spent a lot of time on the road.

The hotel has a weak three.
We arrived at night and found an unmade room. At three o'clock in the morning, some sleepy guy tried to hand us a stack of ironed bed linen and torn towels, like, go fix it yourself. According to the receptionist, there are no other available rooms in our category in the hotel. In general, it was difficult, but this situation was solved. But then it turned out that there were no clothes hangers in the closet, and the pillows looked like they were being torn by dogs with their teeth. It was already an unsolvable task - they left it until morning. But in the morning we managed to get only hangers. In general, everyone smiles, but they don't do anything.
The breakfasts are quite decent against this background. The location is far from the center, but an inexpensive Tashkent taxi saves you. The room was cleaned daily.

1. There are no windows in single rooms (only in the corridor). It is stuffy, it is impossible to ventilate, the air conditioner does not work well. At the same time, the light in the room is hospital-white, disgusting, there is no natural light
2. Swimming pool and sauna for an additional fee, accepted only in cash, which is not warned
3. The same pool is booked for one or for a joint company (which is generally great), but mistakes are made in the booking - they booked for me and two other guests at the same time
4. There is a vending machine at the bottom, which does not accept cards, and does not issue cash change. At 00.30 at night, I was offered to go to the store
Disgusting, I do not recommend it!

She asked me not to go into the room and not to clean up
They came in anyway
We looked around
There is a hole in the wall between the rooms
In its place is a TV
If you take it off, you can see the neighbor's room)))
Accordingly, all conversations, even the neighbor's voice messages are audible
It is impossible to sleep
I do not recommend it!!!

The hotel is "not entered"...
I do not advise anyone to "Suite" number 12.
Although the reservation was made on Booking with Early check-in and Late check-out, it did not appear in the hotel system with these conditions!
They asked to cancel the booking on Booking and pay for a new one on the spot.
Suite:
-Disgusting folding sofa, the structure is broken, covered in stains.
- They didn't even bring a pillow and a sheet to the child.
There was no way for the child to sleep normally.
- Bed linen is washed strangely, nothing is washed.
Maid service:
They asked to change the duvet cover...

My wife and I laughed hysterically....
The duvet cover was changed for us by the three of us:
2 maids + an assistant guy who came from the reception about a non-working TV.
So, a clean duvet cover was spread on the FLOOR, which was not vacuumed for some reason before our check-in.
The duvet cover began to be somehow awkwardly pulled over the blanket.
Then they put it on the bed and smoothed it down.
The bathroom is interesting:
- there is a glass-enclosed shower room in the room, which for some reason did not close the door normally.
- when the light in the shower was turned on, the ventilation was screaming, which could probably be heard on the street.
- the heated towel rail was dripping in the shower.
- the shower room itself was dirty, inside (in the corners) there were rusty iron structures.
Other features:
- There was no drinking water at check-in!
- For some reason, the slippers were not found..
In the "suite" there was a wardrobe with a shelf that barely held up.
The doors of the room are double-leafed, opposite the maid's pantry, there is constant movement at night, and a huge gap through which light from the common corridor makes its way.
The facilities are intelligent:
The TV was not fixed in 3 days!
The receptionists are not bad at the reception, but there is no order in the hotel ...
The suite turned out to be worse than an ordinary room...

All good reviews are hyped reviews. I fell for it! Don't book a suite - a broken sofa is waiting for you! The rooms are not cleaned, from words in general, girls in purple clothes are like maids - they just sit in the room all day and laugh. Furniture and repairs have survived. Most importantly, the smells are impossible. The suite has a transparent toilet, just right for children. At breakfast there are unfrozen products from a week ago. There were sour cottage cheese and compote several times! The Internet works for at most two hours a day, and they constantly make excuses. Do not book, this is written by a person who has felt everything himself, and not another twisted review and avoid this place! The pool doesn't actually work - it's just a divorce!
They also cunningly ask to cancel the booking of the booking, booking is bred. But you can't leave a review there😭

Yes, there are small disadvantages (I would write "shoals" for Russians, but the translation can distort everything), for example, jokes with the Internet, you need to disable the "private network" option, or a broken rain shower. But everything else is great. Breakfast, buffet, there is everything your heart desires. I recommend fried eggs and pancakes with kaymak. We have never seen a worse hotel! On the first night, it turned out that the walls are "cardboard", you will hear everything: what is behind the wall and what is in the corridor. In addition, in the morning it turned out that under the window of our room (N301)there is a compressor that rattles like a jackhammer! And I'm already silent about the view from the window to the construction site and the garbage dump. The room was scandalously replaced with another one in the morning (away from the compressor), Our friend was moved into a single room without windows!!! This is not a room, this is a storage room! Be careful when booking so as not to run into such a "suite". The corridor system is a separate song: to go up to the 3rd floor to your room, you need to take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk along a long corridor, and then take another elevator down to the 3rd floor. If, God forbid, there is a fire, no one will find a way out in this wonderful hotel in a panic! There were no towels in the room upon check-in, they asked to bring them twice - silence twice. Compassionate neighbors at the hotel recommended going to the laundry and taking it yourself. Well, the final cherry was the day of departure: an alarm clock was ordered in 2 rooms, the time of the call was recorded at the reception, but ... no one called! But at night other tenants came to our room with their electronic key. It turned out that these cards fit all the numbers: exactly the same situation happened with our friend. And it would be nice if the staff were responsive, diligent and friendly ... no, stone faces with excuses like "I just stepped in, I don't know." I can write a lot more about this hotel, but it's enough… I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

We lived in a suite. There was a number written on the booking for three people. But it turned out that the third one was sleeping on the couch. Nothing has been prepared in advance for the third one. They made the bed in front of us, brought towels, etc. They are cleaning very late, we have already walked, we have come, but it has not been cleaned. One robe was torn. For some reason, the floors in the room are shaking, we still don't understand why. But not critically. We wanted to see something in the evening. Wi-Fi doesn't pull YouTube. Of the channels, only local ones worked. In general, there are questions... especially when I bought a suite... But it can be much worse here)))

My experience of staying at this hotel was a complete nightmare. The service turned out to be completely unacceptable, the staff showed complete indifference to our needs, and sometimes it even seemed that they actively ignored us. Attempts to ask for help and solutions to problems turned out to be in vain, since none of our requests were satisfied.
As for the food, I can't call what we were served for breakfast either high-quality or acceptable. The dishes were not only tasteless, but also often inedible. It was just an insult to the guests who expected at least a minimum level of culinary literacy.
Room cleaning also left much to be desired. The rooms remained dirty, as if the cleaning had been done in a hurry and then forgotten about it. This caused disgust and confusion as to why we were paying for the services of this hotel at all.
The administration and reception did not meet any expectations. Instead of helping, they only added their indifferent and irresponsible atmosphere to our disappointment.
In conclusion, I would say that this place is an example of how not to run a hotel. I highly do not recommend it to anyone and I believe that the money and time invested here were wasted.

But considering that lunch and dinner always exceed the kCal plan, then porridge, tea with dried fruits at breakfast is quite enough.
Coffee lovers-there is no coffee machine here, only instant coffee. And there is no food assortment.
Someone compared this place to a sanatorium, because it is always densely populated.
