A very good new hotel, but air conditioning system was not working. The railway road is close to the hotel and the sound of train disturbs sometimes while the windows are open.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights on a group tour. It seems like a good hotel. The staff is polite, everyone speaks Russian. Recently renovated, clean. The numbers are pretty big, even the singles. There is a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a kettle, cups, and tea and coffee bags. I also had a toothbrush and slippers. There is a split system, it works silently. There were 2 half-liter bottles of water in the room, and you can get water for breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The breakfasts are very good, buffet style. There is porridge, eggs (boiled, scrambled and omelet), sausages, sausage, cheese, vegetables, pastries. The only hotel out of the three on the tour where there was a coffee machine. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00. Everything was replenished promptly.
One of the disadvantages. The hotel is located very far from the center. It's even a long taxi ride. There is a railway nearby, some of the rooms overlook it, and there is a lot of noise. Some of the rooms (in particular, my single 211) do not have a window facing the street at all, the window overlooks the reception and does not open. That is, there is no fresh air in the room as such.
There is a kettle on the table, but there is no outlet nearby, that is, it must be boiled on the bedside table. There was also a desk lamp on the table behind the bed, but there was nowhere to turn it on either. My friends' bathroom smelled like sewage or something, and there was a big gap in the window (between the frame and the wall).
You can hear the neighbors well, and there's also decent audibility from the hallway.

A good hotel. Polite staff. Cleanliness - daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is also daily. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, dishes, large modern TV, but only via wifi, which is practically non-existent. Only during the day, and in the evening, when there are not enough guests in the rooms for video. It is located close to the airport and railway station, but far from the main attractions. The breakfasts are included and they are wonderful, varied (buffet).

The breakfast set includes a rich buffet with an intersection of European and national cuisines. Everything is delicious and satisfying!
We didn't have time to clean the room completely by the time we arrived, but we quickly completed everything upon request.

Positive:
1. Beautiful entrance group.
2. The rooms are clean, daily cleaning. 3. Separately, I would like to say about the breakfasts - the breakfasts are the decoration of this hotel, varied, delicious, we lived for 4 days and every day there was something new for breakfast, a large selection of dishes, the chefs are trying, they cook very tasty, thank them very much!
Minuses:
1. since the hotel is located next to the railway tracks, it happens that you wake up to the noise of the train and announcements through the loudspeaker, but these are the features of the hotel's location.
2. I draw the attention of the management that the cleaning staff needs to be informed that it is necessary to throw away only what is in the trash and obvious garbage. For 2 days in a row, they threw away the things I needed, which I did not think they would throw away, namely jars with my cosmetics, notes on A4 sheet. I approached the guys at the reception, asked them to tell them not to throw anything away - it was useless, either the guys did not pass it on to the cleaning staff, or the cleaning staff ignored these requests. By the end, I started hiding everything. In general, you need to work with the cleaning staff and explain that not everything needs to be thrown out.

The breakfasts are good, there is a very nice girl in the restaurant who will help, and in general everything is fine there. The reception staff is so-so. We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., early booking +50%. They gave me a room without a window, panoramic glass in the common area. The ventilation wasn't working, there was no hook or towel rack in the bathroom, and after taking a shower, all the water was on the floor (leaking out of the shower), and the room was unbearably stuffy.
The reception staff, it was the young people, not the girls, who did not consider it necessary to help at all, as a result, the change of girls solved the issue and moved to another room. I have a very unpleasant impression of the hotel.

I would like to mention the administrators separately, young guys and a girl, they are very polite, sweet, they know languages, they will always prompt you. + Spacious room, cleanliness, courteous staff, good breakfast, beautiful entrance. There is hot/cold water.
- The Wi-fi in the room was not working, please keep in mind that you cannot watch TV due to its absence. The mobile connection picks up well. The noise of the road has not become a problem for me thanks to the earplugs (take them with you).
There are some shortcomings (some sockets and lamps did not work), but all this is offset by the price. I recommend. The price/Quality match.

Clean, nice, cozy! The service is excellent! We cleaned every day, changed towels and all kinds of accessories. The room had a huge bed and a bathroom. The staff speaks Russian, Uzbek and English. Breakfast is a buffet.

It depends on what you expect from this hotel - if you only spend the night, then the hotel is good; if more, then you can find a better one.
The repair is not perfect, you can find fault.
Windows that open onto the street and make it sound as if the window is open.
There are rooms with windows in the lobby. It was very strange for me.
The restaurant is open only for breakfast (it was in late February- early March)
Cleaning is daily, but the bed is cleaned and towels are changed. In recent days, they took away the slippers, but they didn't give me new ones.
Of the absolute advantages:
Very polite, customer-oriented staff.
There is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam. You can order and enjoy and relax for an hour. Moreover, this is a small room, so visiting alone is a great option to relax before going to bed.

The hotel is new, some areas are still being completed. Breakfast is normal. It's a good price, but the disadvantages outweigh it.
The room is spacious and clean, but the layout is poor, for example, there was no table where to eat and work. The WiFi was working intermittently.
The shower was designed with a mistake, there is no slope for water — every time there is a real flood in the bathroom. Not just a puddle, but a couple of centimeters of standing water. The toilet was also stopped with an error, too low, knees at chest level.
All 4 nights there was no cold water, only boiling water. Even in the toilet. It is impossible to take a shower. The saddest thing in this situation is the lies of the staff, who promise that they will fix everything right now. The fact that the problem with water in the entire hotel, and not in my room, was found out only from the maid.
You can't pay with a card, you made a transfer to someone's card, they didn't give you a receipt. It came as a surprise, I will not be able to receive compensation for accommodation from the accounting department.

I really liked the hotel! If you find fault, you can find nuances. But we enjoyed the rest, so we really liked everything. It's better to come to breakfast at eight zero, since by eight 30 there was almost no main meal. But we gorged on all sorts of snacks and freshly brewed coffee, the assortment is very large and there is a lot of food that is constantly being put in. The railway is really nearby, but it didn't bother me because I love the sound of trains, so I even opened the window at night. The rest turned out to be great! Thanks to the hotel.

The hotel is cozy, with cold water, as people say, there were no problems. But cleaning is a separate topic. The rooms have a kettle, drinking water, and bathroom amenities. But there are no bathrobes and slippers. The robe was fine, but the slippers could have been put down. The guys at the reception are friendly, speak several languages, the breakfasts are excellent, the price per room is affordable. The disadvantage is the rumble of trains and the hum of airplanes, because the proximity of the airport and the train station affects. And if you suddenly need a store or pharmacy, call a taxi, there is no such thing nearby.

The breakfast was normal, there were a lot of people, the tables with food were half empty, everything was open, the assortment was not large.
Payment for the hotel is only in cash or by transfer, as their terminal allegedly does not work.You can hear the railway at night, you wake up from the noise

The hotel looks good. The 2-bed room is large and cozy. Not a bad repair. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities. But the water is just a problem. Only hot water flowed. I can't take a shower. They could not cope with this problem in any way. We were moved to another room. It was significantly smaller than the previous one. But there was water, really cool. We washed up somehow. Usually, in such unpleasant situations, they provide a better room. But that's not the way it's done in this hotel. Since we had an early check-out, we asked for a lunch box. However, instead of 4 pcs, only three were given out. It seems to be a trifle, but the impression of the hotel is spoiled.

The location is not the best. It is far from the metro, it is impossible to cross the street, since traffic simply does not allow this to be done, and there is no traffic light for pedestrians. There are no cafes or shops nearby.
As for the hotel itself, it is in the process of renovation. There was no cold water in our room, only hot water. It is almost impossible to wash under it. Instead of a double bed, we got 2 single beds pushed together and a hole between them.
The breakfasts are good and delicious. However, they were always late with the submission. The staff is friendly, but they don't really try to help. You can exchange currency at the hotel, but the exchange rate is worse than at the bank.
Wi-Fi is not working well.

2. We checked in at one o'clock in the morning local time, there was no set of towels in the room. They asked for it at the reception. After half an hour, there is zero reaction. We called again, but they forgot about us. Five minutes later (35 minutes in total) they brought it.
3. Ventilation is constantly running in the rooms, which cannot be turned off, hence the noise and it is difficult to fall asleep
4. The split heating system does not work. At night it was +15 outside (it was +18 in our room). Dubak.
