The sales consultant (unnamed, since she did not have a name badge on her) behaved rudely when I asked questions about the registration of a discount card for students today. After that, I did not find my usual discount card and asked if she could have hidden it by accident(!) to myself, after which the consultant herself became personal and began to say something about my mental abilities (as a result, the card was found in my personal belongings, where I put it myself). There are no complaints about the assortment, but because of such impatience and rudeness of the employee, not a foot here anymore :(
