I called ArtZvuk, described the problem, received detailed information about the possibility of a solution, brought the speaker and two days later took the repaired one. They saved my acoustics after the "divorce" at Coolman. Well done guys! I would like to share my experience in repairing the Wharfedale speaker system and express my gratitude to the Art-sound team. Before I got to them, I made the mistake of contacting the workshop at Coolman shopping center. To be honest, I was shocked by the service. They treated me as disdainfully as possible, and when they called the price for repairs, I almost fell out. She was at 4 (four!) twice as high as adequate. Apparently, they really need money.💰 Fortunately, I decided to look for other options and came across the "Art Sound". And that was just the difference between heaven and earth! What you liked: 1. Honesty. When I heard the price (which turned out to be 4 times lower than in Kulman), I didn't believe it at first, I thought there was some kind of trick again. But no, the guys did everything clearly. 2. Quality. My Wharfedale sounded like new. It is clear that the masters understand what a good sound is, and they work carefully, conscientiously. They didn't just "seal it up to make it work," but they did it efficiently. 3. Adequacy. Very pleasant people to talk to. They explained what was broken, why, and how it was fixed.
