The worst workshop in the city. I wanted to refill the cartridges. I waited for the Master for 20 minutes to build them. After his arrival, he did not pay any attention to anyone that the man turned to his employee for his questions. I made comments that I, as a customer, was waiting to give away the cartridges, he said that he didn't care that I was standing and he didn't give a shit. . I said you have a work schedule, etc. He wrapped me up. They need to be closed so as not to spoil people's impressions of the service. Terrible people , ill - mannered boors .

I contacted the workshop by phone. As soon as she named the printer model, the man rudely replied: throw your printer in the trash. And then he dropped the conversation. Only later did I open the workshop's website and read the reviews. All the negative ones and people were also rudely answered. I called another workshop in Mogilev by phone. The man was able to fix, or rather correct the error) by phone just with recommendations. And the printer sealed it properly.
I strongly do not recommend contacting the artactive workshop!!!!!!

Today I called the police on this master!! I came to pick up the column that he was fixing and put a triple mat on it! He threw me out the door, yelled like an inadequate one! I wrote a statement on him, then I will go to the consumer society and then through the court!!!! and a lawsuit for moral damage!!!!!
