I ordered a window. We arrived, installed it without any problems, the price is also quite adequate. However, it later turned out that the installer had incorrectly mounted the fasteners for the masking net, which made it impossible to remove it.
When I called, I was informed that I would have to pay for the elimination of the defect myself, because they have nothing to do with the installers.
I had to quarrel, seek an adequate attitude and raise the pressure. As a result, the master fixed the jamb for free.
