The flowers were bought just a few minutes before the delivery, I immediately cut the stems and put them in ice water — I did everything according to the rules of care. However, the very next morning (December 25), 6 roses turned out to be in terrible condition: they completely wilted, the petals literally fell apart before our eyes. This is unacceptable for fresh flowers! This quality indicates either that the store is selling old, stale flowers, or a complete lack of control over supplies. As a result, the gift that was supposed to please and keep the festive mood turned into a disappointment. It was a very sad experience. I bought a bouquet for my mom's birthday, I chose a ready-made one, I really liked it, I bought a bouquet around 8 pm. The next morning, literally one night later (the bouquet, of course, was in the water), almost all the flowers simply wilted. With the cost of a bouquet of 125 rubles, this is just a blatant absurdity, demonstrating the attitude of the management towards its customers. We won't be coming back here anymore.
