On December 24, 2025, my boyfriend presented me with a bouquet of 19 roses purchased from Artflora. The flowers were bought just a few minutes before the delivery, I immediately cut the stems and put them in ice water — I did everything according to the rules of care. However, the very next morning (December 25), 6 roses turned out to be in terrible condition: they completely wilted, the petals literally fell apart before our eyes. This is unacceptable for fresh flowers! This quality indicates either that the store is selling old, stale flowers, or a complete lack of control over supplies. As a result, the gift that was supposed to please and keep the festive mood turned into a disappointment. Judging by the reviews, you think you're buying artificial eternal flowers. Fresh flowers are always a lottery. Study the issue and buy the most resistant ones!
