The hotel is small, but with a great location in the center. Excellent breakfasts (blueberry juice is very tasty, self-bottled). For such a price, I didn't find any disadvantages.

Of the advantages: 1. Location: all the sights are within walking distance, there are countless cafes and restaurants around. 2. Excellent breakfast. Of the cons: 1. You cannot pay in cash (it was very important for us) and no one warned us about it during the booking process. This is perhaps the biggest disadvantage. 2. Breakfast on the weekend is later than on a weekday, so if you have a morning ferry (or plane), then you will fly with breakfast :)
