The equipment is good, the list of services provided is quite large, but the relationship between departments and the very construction of work processes are disgusting, which has a very negative effect on cooperation. It has a particularly big impact on deadlines. I made a large print run of postcards, the order acceptance staff say the deadline is 3 days, you come in 3 days, but the order has not yet been printed, they say they will call the next day, they do not call, you call yourself, they say that it is not ready yet, they will call themselves tomorrow, they do not call again, you call yourself, they say to drive up in a minute one hour, you arrive, and the order has not been cut yet.

They are aimed only at large orders. For printing a small batch of postcards, the price was charged five times more expensive than it was done elsewhere. Trimming to size is a separate service of the "designer", it costs 11 rubles. Although two years ago they printed posters for the house, there was a completely different attitude, responsive girls decided everything on the spot. Now they said, "We have new rules since March." They left with nothing, ordered from the "House of Advertising" on Sovetskaya Street. For small orders, I do not recommend it. Also lunch from 12.00 to 13.00
