They can't really explain anything on the phone, you need to waste time and come to the office, where you are greeted with "boorish" behavior. As explained earlier, they can't tell you anything in detail themselves, you need to be the first to ask questions so that at least something is explained to you. And of course, there were rude answers. After such an attitude, there is no desire to use the company's services! We found another company, which immediately explained and told everything over the phone, and asked clarifying questions herself. Teach your employees the rules of communication with customers and what the customer service should be!
