terrible customer service. due to several mistakenly launched creatives in their advertising account that did not pass moderation, the company's support service requires sending them all information about all already launched campaigns in order for them to activate the account. even those who have already been working for a month and obviously did not violate facebook's rules. the support service responds most often once an hour, there is no way to contact them by phone. the issue of enabling the account has been resolved for the 3rd day. the account manager promised to resolve the issue, and then just stopped picking up the phone, but immediately called back after she was contacted from another number. I advise you to start working with them only if there are no other options at all

Unprofessional HR or there is no common CRM system, so letters are sent every 3 months. Lack of feedback after 2 stages of the interview and a trip to the office. Working "for an idea", "money is not the most important thing" - this was the motive for communicating with the hiring HR. I do not recommend it as an employer.
