The store is super. Very qualified staff, they do not breed money, they give competent advice. They mainly specialize in bed linen. We bought pillows and bedding there - all of good quality, we still use them.

Lack of service. We visited the store on 07.09.25 to buy a pillow. Two girls met us sitting on the couch on the phone, greeted us only after our greeting. The consultation was not offered. For some reason, they started helping the man who came after us. While the first girl was advising the second client, the second girl just moved to the counter, ignoring us. Instead of helping, they were told not to put your face to the pillow (other stores even offer to lie down and try to lie down with a disposable napkin. here - choose for yourself and as you want, you will also receive a remark without explaining how to choose the right one). After serving the second customer, the girl, similarly ignoring us, went to her friend's place to drink fanta. I asked if I could buy a pillow or not. As a result, they simply asked which one, did not specify or suggest anything, looked at each other maliciously and grinned. I don't know why they didn't like us. We will never visit this store again.
