You pay for the replacement, then the examination, then you go to the head office to write an application for recalculation. And so it is every five years. Is there any way to simplify the procedure? But the warning that the counter needs to be replaced should be made clearer. We have been paying inflated tariffs for almost a year and a half. And more than one inspector did not report this. Yes, the building is not new!It's time to replace the gas meter. They could not get through to the right organization and decided to visit it themselves and unfortunately got into the lunch break. The head of Kasymov Nazar solved our problem in a few minutes, regardless of the lunch break. The next day, two masters of Strelnikov Valery and Ablikimov Dilshat arrived! They surprised us with their professionalism. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, for which, if possible, we ask the management of the company to encourage them and their leader! Well done! It's not worse. Kurylys Gas is terrible, neither the quality nor the conditions work. All processes are being slowed down, monopolists on gas connection, there are no competitors, so they do what they want. I will definitely raise the issue of such a kind of monopoly. You can't mock people like that.
