Today, April 4, 2025, at about 11 a.m., we visited the Art Square store. While searching for a floating bed, we found your store and decided to stop by. After talking with the consultant, we seemed to have decided on a suitable option. However, I needed time to think about it, because wood as a material does not suit me at all. We discussed all the details with the consultant: size, color, mattress. In the end, we agreed that she would make the payment and send me the information on Viber.
Unfortunately, after waiting all day, I did not receive the promised message. I consider such disregard for potential clients to be completely unacceptable. The impression of the store is irrevocably ruined. Lost time and faded hope of acquiring the desired bed. I will not contact you again and will not recommend your store to anyone!

We made an order for the manufacture of 2 bedside tables and made an advance payment. The production time is 60 calendar days. 3.5 months have passed - the phones (specified in the contract) are not available. On Instagram, messages asking when we can pick up our order (since the production deadline has long been out) are viewed, but they do not respond. I don't even know what it's called - they took the money and disappeared, a terrible attitude towards their client. I have never encountered this at all - it is a complete disappointment, I do not recommend contacting this company to anyone.

There is no feedback from the factory, deadlines are constantly postponed, and the transfer is reported on the last day when the car arrives from the factory, there is no other connection with the factory. After another postponement, the order was refused. As a result, we lost money on the exchange rate difference, since prepayment is accepted in Belarusian rubles.

The service surprised us, we communicated in WhatsApp, responded super quickly and in detail, communicated for several months (!), there were many torments of choice and approvals) but everything went well, the order was made on time. There was a complaint, but it was quickly settled and a corrected part was sent. Several skirting boards and doorways were bent, but this was leveled during installation. Logistics works precisely, accurately, they call back every step. The doors and furniture themselves are amazingly beautiful, I recommend it to everyone. In Moscow, the same furniture under a different name is much more expensive. So are the doors. And I studied the market in great detail before placing an order here.
