I stayed at M103 Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. • The hotel charges a mandatory registration fee for foreigners, even though in Russia this is normally free and only required to be completed within 7 working days. What’s worse, they require you to pay this fee again every time you extend your stay. The staff was very firm about this — basically, no payment means no stay. • House slippers are only provided once at check-in and never replaced. Even if they get wet or damaged, the front desk told us it would not be their responsibility to change them. • The room still had a strong smell of renovation (especially from the cabinets), which made the stay uncomfortable. • Early morning construction noise outside the window added to the disturbance. • Basic amenities like toothbrushes and toiletries were not replenished unless we called to request them. Overall, the service attitude (especially from one long-haired male staff member at the front desk) was very unhelpful, and the whole experience felt unfriendly and inconvenient.
