It is deplorable that such a good hotel with such a history and location is being run so poorly and shoddily.There is no tangible plus.The toilets are terrible,the towels are now gray from snaking,the breakfast is terrible,the employees are all in their own mood,the hotel corridors are dim and dark.There are often water problems,the water is cut off.We are officially disgraced with our money.I urgently need the operator to change hands or mindset.
