Excellent shopping and entertainment center. Magnum Supermarket. I like the low-price store on the ground floor. On the 3rd floor there is a food court, attractions for children and a cinema.

I have great respect for Aruzhan: budget boutiques, a game room for children. But the building itself needs repair: once it started raining outside, the roof leaked. The quality of cleaning the room leaves much to be desired: the entrance doors are constantly dirty, the windows are stained with handprints
