We visited the spa area and were absolutely delighted. A cozy pool with crystal clear water, a relaxing Jacuzzi and an excellent sauna are all at a high level! I was especially pleased with the terrace — it's nice to lie down, sunbathe, breathe fresh air and just enjoy the silence. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, the staff is polite and attentive. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good rest. I will definitely come back again!

There is no customer orientation. We constantly go here with a young man for massage and scrub. I used to really like how massage was done. But last time I visited, they changed my masseuse. I was not satisfied. We informed the administrator about this. We were promised to figure it out. We did not ask for a refund for the massage, but it would be nice next time to give us a bonus scrub or other care. But we were told that we did not know anything, the massage was performed correctly. Although there were no complaints about another specialist before. We have argued this. Our message was read and nothing was answered. With this attitude, there is no desire to go to you anymore. Fortunately, other hotels also have a spa.
