I bought a German—made powder called Buebchen, one of the most expensive on the market. I thought it was German quality, so it would be good. I would like to note that the price differs by 7 (!) times or more compared to cheap analogues. I bought it again the day before yesterday, as the old one was running out. I opened it today, and the powder barely comes out in lumps. Obviously poor quality. I saved the receipt and went to the pharmacy. I explained the situation to the pharmacists — first they turned on the "misunderstanding": they asked if I had taken it from them for sure, and so on. We have looked at the receipt and everything is confirmed. We examined the product and stated: "The quality is normal, it happens." I was a little taken aback by such lies, but I explained it culturally.: a normal powder should be poured like fresh flour, and not come out in lumps and with difficulty. The pharmacist tried to come up with something, but in the end she returned the money. However, I did not hear any apologies for the inconvenience or recognition of the marriage. I think that those who provide any services would do well to learn how to behave with customers. I'm not going to that pharmacy anymore.
