August 2024.
Weekdays - 300 liras / Weekend - 500 liras.
Before going to Istanbul, everyone strongly recommended visiting the Princes' Islands. At the pier, a cute Turkish grandfather pointed specifically at the Khaybeliada and said "very harasho." But we chose this island and Assaf beach before that. Go by ferry, runs every hour (from Kabatash 1.5 hours on the way). On the way back we met the sunset on the Bosphorus (the same boat trip, only much cheaper) 😄 on the island near the pier there is a shop with good prices, as well as cafes/coffee shops, etc. with bad prices. The beach itself can be reached in 15 minutes uphill, enjoying the incredible scenery, tranquility and architecture. You can also take a shuttle or a local "taxi".
The beach itself is quite touristic and crowded, there are quite a lot of Russians. Accordingly, there are many children. There is no need to look for peace and tranquility here. There are huge signs at the entrance saying "it is forbidden to bring drinks with you," but in fact no one is watching this. There is a bar with cosmic prices, there is a fast food cafe with sandwiches for 200 lire. Therefore, we brought beer and chips with us 😃 Sandy bottom, many sun beds with umbrellas by the sea, there is also a multi-level area in the pine forest (barbecue, hammocks, sun beds).
The sea is deep enough, there are several pontoons, a trampoline with a bunch of children and a small inflatable slide. The water on day 1 was warm and clean, on the other day it was infernally cold and algae were floating (not to be confused with Anapa).
Among the advantages: a beautiful crowded beach with all amenities.
Of the cons: I had a fight with some Turk.
Would we come here again? Yes, because we have re-read a lot of reviews about all the islands and beaches on them, and Assaf is the most adequate and cheap 😀
The beach is open until 20:00, after 5 pm the staff begins to prepare for closing.

It was two days, October 5-6.
Quite. There is plenty of inventory. The beach is quite clean, there is a constant cleaning.
However, on the first day, jellyfish in commercial quantities were annoying, and on the second-vacationers))))
Entrance is 300 lira, there are cafes, a bar, and playgrounds for individual recreation on the territory.
They don't cook very well, the prices are high. It is forbidden to bring food and drinks with you, but the ban is not monitored, so the carrying of provisions and alcohol is massive.

Well, this is probably the best place to relax with children (not very young) on the islands near Istanbul. The plaque is bulk, the bathing area is fenced, so that jellyfish and algae are not observed. There are many sun beds and umbrellas, as well as pantones for diving and relaxing, you can rent a barbecue, there is a manual zone. There are many cafes and burgers.Yes, I completely forgot the entrance to the beach 300 lira / person.

The beach is cool, with all its beach infrastructure like sun beds, toilets and cafes, but the price surprised. 300 lire per person..
it is located on the territory of the park, in the pines, paths in the paving stones, there are wooden tables. You can take a break from the sun. There is sand on the beach itself.

Very nice sandy clean beach. Entrance is paid, modern music is playing in the background. Given that Istanbul is not a resort and a beach holiday is not provided here in principle, this island and beach can be considered an oasis

A sandy beach with a gentle entrance, great for relaxing with children, in September the price is 300 lira on weekdays, a shower was not found on site, the changing rooms stink unbearably of urine, the toilets are clean.

The bar + is adequate, but the beer is expensive. There was no search at the entrance, you could take it with you. The entrance is 400 lire people. There is a shower, at the entrance they said that there is a safe for things, in fact there is not. We left things on the deck chairs at our own risk. There are steers all around, sun beds are more or less in condition. In general, it is good (after urban beaches like earth and sky)

Cool beach! After the crazy days in Istanbul, it's just super! There are no people, the beach is clean, there is a bar with food! We were in early September, the sea is clean and warm (24-25 degrees for sure).

From the berths 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. To the beach - to the hill, back - mostly from the hill. On the way we admire the interesting streets and houses of the island of Haviliada.
There is also a free boat from the berths to the beach. But he does not go until there are 10 - 15 people. We waited for 20 minutes. There are also electric Tuk-Tuks for 150 lira for two.
The beach itself is generally not bad. Admission is 150 liras (September 2023) per person. You can bring drinks and food with you. Everything is as it should be - sun beds, umbrellas, hammocks, toilets, changing cabins, 2 cafes (mostly fast food).
The sea was clear, the swimming area was fenced. But in summer there may not be enough space for swimming.
The big pole is the availability of recreation areas with sun beds and hammocks under coastal pines, i.e. constantly in the shade.
Minuses:
1. as everywhere in Turkey, everyone is smoking on the beach.
2. The toilets and changing rooms are not very clean.
3. dirty sun beds and mattresses to them.

The beach is beautiful, we were in mid-October, it was working, it was Saturday, there were very few people, the entrance is 150 lira / person as of autumn 2023. Two cute dogs, puppies, a boy and a girl, a romantic installation left over from someone's wedding. On the chaise longue there are soft mattresses, upstairs in the pine grove there are gazebos-picnic tables, hammocks and a swing-bench. Tuplet-shower-changing rooms, all available. The cafe is working, pretty, you can have a snack with a hamburger, potatoes, nuggets. In general, everything you need for happiness. Take a break from the bustle of Seoul, swim in the clear sea, 1.5 hours by ferry, and you're there)

It's a long way from Istanbul, 1.5 hours by ferry, not the most convenient schedule for departure and arrival of ferries. From the ferry to the beach is still about 40 minutes on foot.
The beach has everything you need

A very nice and clean beach, which we returned to for the second time and would love to have more!
For 150 lire entrance per person. You get a clean sandy beach and the sea, sun beds with umbrellas, both on the shore and in the pine area, polite staff and sooo beautiful panoramic view of the beauty of Istanbul!

The entrance fee is 500 liras, but the beach is not worth it. It is also crowded on weekdays. The sand is dirty, garbage is buried near the sun beds and there are unfinished drinks
There are no jellyfish and mud in the sea - the water is clean

The beach and the location are great. Sun beds, shade. But the food is terrible. Poorly prepared fast food was all that was on the menu .

The worst beach, seaweed, mud and stench. I don't recommend it to anyone. It would be better to rest in Anapa.
