I always thought that the staff inside Asaka Bank was qualified. But we came across an employee who offered to call the cell number of an employee who was not there and talk to him. Then why does the bank exist? I should trust Gypsy radio more than I should trust the bank employee in front of me. Queues, not all windows have staff sitting in them. They shout at each other and help the client answer the question. It shouldn't be like this. The application is also not finalized.

I am very pleased to work with this bank who work on the 1st floor, on the 2nd I received torn money from the ATM Asake, I went up to them to explain the situation,they changed it to a new cuprum without waiting in line, this is my 2nd, thanks to the bank staff

It is impossible to get through to the single number 1152 (listed as round-the-clock): Calls were ignored for 3 days. The bank branch informed me that transactions would stop at 12:30, but my turn came at 12:00. The operators ignored the requests, citing employment, until the closing of transactions at 12:30. I beg: To understand the situation and take measures to prevent this from happening in the future. Offers: Increase the number of call center operators.
