I made an order through the website (RAM), as a result, they brought a completely different modification. After refusing the purchase and asking to resolve the issue through the manager and the chatbot, two days later they simply deleted the order, as if it had never existed. After that, I re-ordered the same product (additionally specified the parameters in the order) and verbally repeated this to the manager. The order was delivered in 2 days, not the promised 24 hours, and again with a different modification. I had to give up. After repeated calls to the chatbot and to the manager (a response was promised) again, the order was simply cancelled. It's like nothing ever happened. And given the "beautiful" information on the company's website - reliability and customer orientation, I absolutely do not recommend contacting this organization. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste.

We ordered a TCL air conditioner, it worked for 1 day, after which a defect was detected, after contacting support, the air conditioner was allegedly taken to their service center for repair, it has already been 4 months since the air conditioner was handed over for repair, and after so long we have not received it back. The service centers with which they cooperate ignore our appeals, constant promises for tomorrow, transferred responsibility to each other, and now they completely ignore us. As buyers, we are not responsible for the operation of third-party services with which they have entered into agreements and should not suffer so much trying to get their air conditioner back. There is no air conditioner, there is no refund, it's like some kind of robots are sitting in support who constantly ask the same questions in a circle and don't help in any way, 0 humanity, terrible attitude towards customers.

We ordered the speakers from the website. The autopsy revealed a defect. They asked for a replacement or refund, but they refused. It's been more than a month, and they're still hoping to fix it without returning the money. We contacted the prosecutor's office. I do not advise anyone to order anything online. Before that, 6 books were ordered, five were delivered, and one has been delivered for a year, the money has not been returned either. The books that were delivered were of terrible quality, and they printed themselves crookedly.
