Today, on 04/29/2024, an attempt to put securities up for sale was crowned with a 2-hour wait for paperwork, to no avail. They said: come to the 2nd trading session. Bottom line: the second bidding session has begun and will end without the possibility of paperwork. For such a commission, a technically unprepared company!! I definitely do not recommend this broker. The commission fee is completely inconsistent with the quality of the services provided! And they didn't even ask for an apology for the inconvenience! Rudeness, customer orientation, lack of tact and proper competence for the prompt resolution of problems for the provision of services that are focused on!
