The meaning of leasing (as well as mortgages) is that it is issued against the security of the acquired property, thus minimizing the risks of the lessor. Here, the opposite is true - despite the amount of earnings and the pledge of the property itself, they change the conditions as they want: double the advance payment? You are welcome. To demand guarantors? Not a question. And then what is leasing all about? There are some conditions on the site, but in reality others, I do not recommend contacting this organization
