A month ago, my brother got a job with them, an employment contract was signed, initially they began to deceive about the terms of payment, initially they said that at the end of the month, wages would be increased. However, we have prepared an edition of the employment contract without a condition for an increase in wages from the second month. Initially, it was said that the work schedule was 5/2, in fact, they were not legally forced to go to work on weekends. When it became clear that all employees, from the manager to the director and the accountant, were deceiving and misleading, my brother wrote a letter of resignation. In violation of the law, they did not make a settlement on the day of dismissal, promising to issue a settlement on November 10th. November 10 came and again the deception, at first the whole day was postponed, and at the end of the working day they said that they would not pay anything at all. My brother has already found 4 employees who have been affected by this company, they also have not been paid a PO. At the moment, we have contacted a lawyer, we are preparing a complaint to the labor inspectorate, a class action lawsuit, and a complaint to law enforcement agencies against the director about fraudulent actions.
