A huge store with many items and a huge number of people, both on holidays and their eve, and on ordinary days, for which they lose one star.
Self-service ticket offices are decently saving.
An interesting loyalty program. There are good things from their TM In Extenso.
I really liked their online store. You can save a lot of money.
