Although the hotel is not new, it will be more comfortable than some recently built ones. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is responsive, there is not a weak choice of food for breakfast, there is a massage room, a summer pool, a large courtyard lined with trees that gives a feeling like walking in the park. I recommend especially with children, they will have a place where to spend their energy)))

The food is excellent. The territory of the hotel is saturated with greenery, it is very pleasant to go out in the evening to enjoy the evening coolness and air. Well, how can I say, the hotel used to be better, the rooms want the best, major repairs are already needed, everything is old, falling apart, outdated, towels are hard, the Internet is very slow, I had to sit on my mobile. Well, it's good that there is a refrigerator, there is no kettle, but I suppose there should already be kettles in the rooms. The breakfasts are normal, there is a large selection, but it can be better. I like the garden there most of all, which is very green, it's obvious that they are watching it!

One of the oldest hotels in Ferghana, located in the city center. The breakfasts are good, there is a winter pool, 3 conference halls. Gyms, separate for men/ women in the basement are smelly (entrance is not only for guests).

Not a bad place, in general there are disadvantages that create some negative impressions.
- In the room, despite the presence of a radiator, it was cool, I had to turn on the air conditioner and breathe dry warm air.
-the color of the towels in the bathroom turned a little gray brown, I did not use them
- I wanted to go to the pool, but youngsters were swimming there, they were making noise, although time was limited for visitors not staying at the hotel, they were there until midnight.
And there was also no entrance control, the boys were swimming in underpants that they apparently wore all day - 0 hygiene in the pool, and the locker room stank of stinking sweat.
The food for breakfast is good. I ate with pleasure.
The bed is comfortable.
But the service is also lame. There are either 2 tea bags in the room, or 1 tea bag, as well as with a towel, or 2 of them disappear. It feels like someone was living with me)

The adventure at the hotel continues. Yesterday they promised to move me to a room today, for which I paid, i.e. a junior suite, and what) No! This shift of admins is blinking their eyes and can't find a number for me. She asked me to call the senior manager. So what? He didn't come. I called the admins on the phone and said that he couldn't meet today, he would come tomorrow)). I just found out that the senior manager's name is Nodir. The staff is not trained at all. By number. The water was turned off this morning. I called the front desk. And I heard the answer that the water would be in 30 minutes. And nothing . There are no suggestions on how to solve it. The air conditioning in the room is barely working. There are simply no Russian-language channels on TV. The TVs in the rooms are very small. In general, the service is not good.

When we visit Ferghana, we stay at this hotel. Cozy, lots of greenery, roses are blooming, the aroma is pleasant🌷the reception works perfectly! But the restaurant leaves much to be desired! The service is low, the guys are very slow, breakfast is not always enough for everyone! The rooms are clean and cozy! Prosperity of "Asia"!

The hotel is not the same as it used to be.
The service suffers a bit.
The room is cold, the towels are corny and worn, there are babies from the street swimming in the pool, there is no entrance control.
They swim in underpants that they've been wearing all day, it's already become unpleasant. We swam all night, although we had to leave after 18:00.
The only thing I liked was the breakfast. Delicious, hearty and clean.
