They say that it will be necessary to insure, and to go somewhere to another office for this, and in general everything is difficult with this. And, they say, we are not responsible for anything. Therefore, I am sending it at my own risk. God forbid that they lose it, break it - obviously they will send it far away. You'll hesitate to sue them. But so far, ugh, ugh, everything was fine...

The advantage of this carrier is its proximity to the Airport terminal. That's where the advantages end. Air transportation of cargo weighing 1 kg Almaty - Nur Sultan cost ~ 7000 tenge and courier transportation of the same cargo from the Nursultan Air Terminal to an address in the same city, also ~7000 tenge. 1 kg, 15 km by car!!!! Moreover, this cost was not included in the invoice!!! The money was demanded from the receiving side!!! That's such a sad experience working with a translator.
