A good impression was left from visiting this place. The atmosphere is cozy, since we were at lunch, there were no visitors except us. "In the evening there are usually a lot of people," said the waiter. I thought I would order Cooksi, but I decided to try Tom Yam in the Korean version. I was satisfied with the dish, it was very tasty. My protégé ordered a "special" dish for herself, and she wasn't disappointed either.
The service is pleasant, the price is normal for such an institution. Good luck to everyone!

The food is not delicious, they ordered a set for 18,000, they said for 6 people, there was enough food for three people. And the bread is caramel, 1400 tg each, a basket, there are 3 pieces, white, black. There is no other alternative, they say, this is done specifically to take more bread. We came from Almaty, we were very unhappy with your karaoke. I advise you not to go there, everything is expensive and not tasty. Sorry for the truth.

We booked a table for 5 ladies, when we called, we were given information: booking via Caspi , a table of 5000 tenge and THAT's IT. They threw it off.
We were traveling from the west by 2 taxis.
They said on the spot that they were obliged to pay 1000 tenge per person and‼️everyone should order 1 hot dish and 1 salad (they did not mention anything like this to us when booking) .
In this scenario, we would have chosen another place, since we were not hungry, and not everyone can eat hot + salad (we also wanted to drink beer + snacks).
In fact, they told us on the spot that it was our own fault, there were no suggestions like "this is the fault of the institution , so we will adjust the conditions for you", we were stupidly kicked out if we did not order.
We asked the administrator to bring the regulations, where it says that this is all mandatory and about a non-refundable deposit.
Do you think they brought it to us? That's right, no.
And what do we get :
1 spent money on a round-trip taxi,
2 spoiled mood,
3 they had to return the deposit, so I had to take 5 bottles of beer for 5000 tenge.
Customer orientation - at the bottom, we would have made you a good account, but in fact you earned: 5000 tenge, a bad reputation and lost potential customers.
Do you think I would recommend this place (albeit with a good interior) to one of my friends and acquaintances?

In the evening, they called Asia Mix, there were 5 girls, they told us to pay a deposit of 5000 (caspi) for the reservation, they came from the West, The institution told us that we had to pay 1000 for each entrance and order a salad and a hot dish for each. What we were not warned about in advance. We wanted to order beer snacks and barbecue, as we were not particularly hungry and could not eat hot and salad. In fact, we could make an account for 15-18 thousand anyway. We agreed to return the deposit in the form of 5 bottles of beer. As a result, a ruined evening and wasted money for a taxi there and back. If you have any special conditions, you must write it down on your Instagram page, or at least mention it in a phone conversation, we would find another place to relax.
