They used to work well. The guys delivered everything quickly. It can't get any worse today. They say one thing on the phone, but in fact they deliver it for weeks. And the invoice is billed as for express delivery. In general, it is impossible to work with them.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! We were waiting for a parcel from Almaty, the courier called ahead of time. My phone was off, when I saw the calls, I called back. He immediately began to claim that we did not answer the phone, and now we have to go somewhere for our parcel. He said that I was lying, that I was at home, although I was, but I slept in earplugs. He hung up the phone. He didn't answer my calls anymore and dropped them. I agreed with the bosses from JakExpress (Asia sky express partners in this delivery) that they would deliver the parcel on Monday (it was Fri). She clarified where the parcel will be stored, as heat is needed, otherwise the product will deteriorate by 350 thousand. The authorities assured that it was in the warehouse, but the courier dragged the parcel home and stored it in the car. After that, I already figured out what's in the garage. We learned about this from him when he tried to call us again in the sun (the contract was for Mon). I wanted to bring a package somewhere on the way. He picked up the phone only from another number and started insulting me, saying that he would not communicate with me, was inadequate. When I asked what the temperature was in his garage, he replied: come and measure it. As a result, when he delivered the parcel already on Mon, he refused to go up to the apartment and check the quality of the goods with us, after calling the management, he had to put up with it, but he appeared all the time, cursed, talked disrespectfully. He also lied to the management that he seemed to have picked up the parcel from the warehouse on the day of delivery, and denied in front of us that it was at his house. He denied that he wanted to bring the parcel to the sun instead of Mon. Draw your own conclusions, whether you will risk a valuable parcel because of such inadequate, irresponsible and boorish couriers. The name of our hero of the day is Medet. He works in Karaganda in the Asia sky express company (we ordered delivery from JakExpress from Almaty, their partners). But I want to say thank you to the Kalamkas girl, who listened to me, apologized and promised to deal with this miracle. Despite his clumsy attempts to deceive everyone. She said that the courier is a beginner, and I hope that this will be the end of his career in this organization.

I was sending an important document to Europe. As a result: the envelope is crumpled, and the document, respectively, too. The recipient accidentally found the envelope in the mailbox, although when making a registered letter at the ASE office, the girl at the reception said that she would be handed over personally. I filed a complaint with ASE, the head signing the response to my claim did not apologize and sent me. The service is at a low level - THE BOTTOM!!!
