We faced the same situation twice. They called and clarified in advance the availability of a specific Ipad model (in terms of the amount of memory). I wanted to buy it in the official store. After the first mistake, they promised delivery. We were quite limited in time and wanted to pick up before leaving for the airport. The situation repeated itself and was extremely frustrating. I do not advise you to rely on information over the phone.
