Disgusting! On Friday, 06.03. in the afternoon, we bought a tour to Thailand from them. We received the payment agreement and provided our passports. Departure should be 10.03 in the evening. Just so you understand, it's 9.03 am today and the manager hasn't even bothered to write to us all these days, send us documents, hotel confirmation, tickets. Just NOTHING! We haven't called him yet at 17:00. As a result, he tells us that the hotel we chose did not give confirmation. He tells us this the day before departure!!! That is, for all these days he did not bother to warn us in advance that the hotel was silent and did not look at alternative hotel options for us in case the hotel we chose did not give confirmation. We ate and started to sort it out on the spot, and he walks around so happy, as if he had already sent us! It offers ONE alternative hotel, and even with a surcharge of $ 50. We took it, because we already have all the dates scheduled and have taken a vacation at work. I had to take another hotel. Now it's 19:20, we're sitting on a nerve, because now we're waiting for confirmation of this alternative hotel. He didn't fill out any tickets or a questionnaire for us, there's nothing!!! I need such nerves on my only vacation! The manager guy is young, as if he doesn't even see what he's doing wrong, and an older colleague is sitting next to him, too, with water in his mouth. Disgusting attitude towards customers and zero responsibility of the staff for their service. He sits there and blames everything on the hotel, saying that they did not give confirmation. Well, these are YOUR clients and YOUR salary! Sit and solve the problem, insure yourself and tourists from canceling the tour, look for other hotels, although get in touch with tourists so that they are aware of what is happening, and do not find out that their vacation is under threat a DAY before departure!
