About five years ago, my friend poznaomi with Gennady and his assistant Vlad and I am very pleased with their work, I serve three family cars there (Ford 97, Mazda 2007 and Volkswagen 2013), a big plus is that Gennady is a very responsible person and always tries to check everything, even if I did not ask him myself. I really like the approach and the feeling of calm that everything will work as it should. I also really like the fact that all the craftsmen in this large conglomerate of workshops know each other and can do highly specialized work through Gennady (changed the oil in the Variator, welded the body and did the camber and tire fitting, just leaving the keys) I also want to note that all the details that have been changed are shown to me, as well as photos are taken before and after installation on the machine. it inspires confidence. I recommend it, Gennady is an excellent master!

Good afternoon. I am in a hurry to share what is painful. For about 7 years now, every year I have been contacting Kupriyanov 4 service station on the issue of car painting. Fate introduced me to Yuri, who is still engaged in painting work. At first, everything seemed to be fine, we became friends. So let's say I became a regular customer for him. He also began to recommend this person to his friends, relatives, acquaintances who also painted their cars with him. It would have been nothing, but something happened wrong. For such a long time, I have learned this man that he is a liar and a liar. I just don't understand if it's just me or if he does it to everyone. For the last 4 years, it has been almost impossible to get through to Yuri, I mean from my mobile phone. Yuri simply doesn't pick up the phone. You can write and call him for weeks to no avail. Otherwise, some woman will pick up and answer that Yura is in the clinic. But, it is worth immediately calling back from another number, as Yuri abruptly recovers and picks up the phone while at the workplace. Not once has it happened that he simply hands over the phone to another person, and that person will answer that Yura is in the hospital or Yura has gone to get materials. But, it's enough to arrive at the car service in 5 minutes and you will see a thriving Yura in the workplace. When asked by Yuri what it was, he answers all sorts of improbable stuff. For example, he cut his finger and ran away from the hospital on receipt. Agree, not every fifteen-year-old boy will behave like an absolutely adult person. And all this despite the fact that I have never had problems with this person for the same 7 years. In addition to paying for services, I always tried to come to him with a bag, to thank him personally on my own. Lately, the deadlines have been very much delayed, and the quality of the painting, to be honest, leaves much to be desired. If you need to disassemble something before painting, they will definitely break something. And then they'll put you on a sealant and say that's what happened. I'll write honestly, I'm tired of fighting this. What they promise on their website home page is naturally not fulfilled. There is no longer any desire to continue working with this person. If you were tired of me, then you could just say it, and not act like a child. Hiding and making up nonsense. By the way, For the entire time of the appeal, they have never issued a car through the cashier. I have never seen a cash receipt in my eyes. It's a shame. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!!!
