Excellent hotel in the center of Alanya.
Excellent view from the large balcony of the mountain, the fortress and the sea.

Near Migros, Calais market, exchanger and the main trading line.
There was no noise from the mosque, we even liked it. The noise was from people in the hotel and on the street. Overall, everything is great.

The excellent location of the hotel, a pool for 2 balls, and then only for the fact that it is there. Cleaning for 2 balls, for cleaning every few days, and thank you for that. An elevator in which you can conceive a child along the way because you rub against each other like herrings. In general, the quality of service, the comfort of the environment, and most importantly the bed, shower and location of the hotel are not important to me, a great option. Those who are going to the hotel not only to sleep but also to spend some time, perhaps it is worth considering others.

The hotel has a solid four. Even with a plus, perhaps. I'm surprised by the bad reviews. We had a rest for 8 nights with a large company of 6 people (3 rooms) from October 16. The end of the season, when everything is already closed (the hotel is open until 31.10), the service drops - and then there is nothing to complain about.
Everyone got good rooms. My daughter and I probably have the best one in the hotel. Spacious, with a large balcony, the view was of the mountain. Some friends have a view of the mountain, but a small balcony, others have a view of the wall.
In the room, I can only find fault with the shower stall: the threshold should have been made higher, otherwise when you wash, the water still pours out on the floor. There are dryers on the balconies, there is a hair dryer, a small refrigerator, all sockets are in the right places. They cleaned well, towels were generally changed every other day, although it was stated about three days. In-room safe is paid, 2 euros per day.
The food was quite good for a cheap three-piece. Yes, there is not enough meat. For lunch, something like soy cutlets, for dinner chicken giblets, chicken drumsticks, fillets, 2 times there was fish. Everything is delicious. There are plenty of sweets. The view from the 5th floor of the restaurant is excellent. There were minor problems with coffee and tea (either there is no milk in the coffee machine, or there are no tea bags) Coolers with cold water in the restaurant and pool bar.
Wi-Fi is free in the lobby, fast, reaches some rooms on the 1st-2nd floor. You can buy Wi-Fi in the room: 3 days 7 euros, 7 days 14 euros, 10 days 20 euros.
*Life hack*: if your windows overlook a restaurant on the opposite side of the street, go to it (the food is tasteless:), you will be with their Internet on the balcony and in the restaurant at tables by the window.
The pool bar was open, drinks were served there all day, and pastries were brought out at 16 o'clock.
The room extension cost 5 euros per hour.
The location is generally perfect. The beach is next to the slabs, but they do not interfere with entering the water. We went to Damlatash.

We returned from this hotel three days ago. We visited it three times, liked its location, the city hotel - everything is within walking distance. I liked that the people who stayed in it were funny, positive (Russians, Germans, Swedes and even Poles))).The hotel is not intended for families with children. But this year everything turned out to be different, the hotel began to position itself as a "four", but it became much worse than it was. Mostly there were Turkish families with children in the hotel, the pool (although we never use it) is always dirty, the smell of urine is probably children!!! The bar is dirty!!! The staff (bartender, dish cleaners in the dining room) do not keep their distance from visitors - "brother", "friend", clean poorly. Previously, the staff was more professional. There are no complaints about the reception staff, although they forgot about the lunch box on the road))) They tried to blame each other. The rooms are poorly cleaned, towels and bed linen, especially bedspreads - level 2*. Our room was cleaned, towels and linen were changed on demand. The food is monotonous, the cooks try, but more often - soy, "dog's joy", we do not eat this ((( chicken- daily, for 12 days - there was fish once. There were enough vegetables and fruits. One of the advantages is the view from the windows of the restaurant, but every evening at dinner they turned on the moonlight sonata and it sounded for 2 hours in a circle. I think that now, when it sounds, I will have a reflex- eating)).

The only thing about this hotel is the location.
You can go out into the city, and not far from the sea.
That's where it ends.
The food sucks, maybe someone likes it, but for the whole vacation, (10 days) there was chicken twice, hams.
The rest of the time, every day broccoli, greens, cheese, it's breakfast lunch dinner.
The same menu.
It's clear three stars, but feeding people soy and grass every day is terrible.
The rooms are cleaned, according to the system, wiping the entire floor with one rag, and these are about 10 rooms.
Towels are changed if you throw them on the floor, if they hang on the balcony, for example, to dry, no one will change it.the shower is a separate topic, if you are a little more than average, you will not get there, the toilet is in the same place, it is not washed, the shower room, and the toilet bowl, have never been washed during the entire vacation.

In general, gentlemen, it's up to everyone, of course, but after paying the money, you want to get at least food. Seeing how mom and daughter got off the road, fell in half with grief for dinner, and shed tears from such a dinner, but they probably saved money for a vacation, it became sad from what they saw.

The food is good, varied! The Internet in the lobby is free and fast! The rooms are not big, but cozy! There is an air conditioner!

We stayed at this hotel from July 13-21, 2024.Excellent "three-piece" (!!!!!).There was a problem with water when checking in - Ali quickly fixed it.This man works at the reception-we were very lucky that he checked us in.He speaks Russian well, is a very good-natured and good person.
I'll go through the pros right away-excellent location-everything is nearby-shops, beach,funiculars, etc
. You won't stay hungry for food..Yes, the food is a bit monotonous, with fruits not really..But it's a three-piece...If you want more fruits, go to the market and buy everything for a penny..
The elevators are not great, but they drive the same...The pool is small, but you are going to swim at the sea, not in the pool.
The bar is open from 10-21.30 and there is little choice, but you don't go there to drink..
In general, I recommend it for picky tourists!

Good three. Very good location. Cleopatra Beach is 200 meters away, and the center of Alanya is also at hand. Opposite the Water Park, near the funicular to the fortress. Near Migros, near Bim.

Расположение гостиницы удобное для туристов, желающих гулять по городу. Пляж в 5 минутах, центр города. Питание понравилось и удивило. Для отеля такого уровня еда была вкусная и достачно хватало. Голодными точно никто не останется. Персонал дружелюбный. Убирают номера хорошо. Номера, конечно скромные, но недавно отремонтированы. Нам не хватило поверхностей для личных вещей, но потом как то привыкли (нас было 3 взрослых в номере). Пляж без своих лежаков. Но так как это пляж Клеопатры - песок там крупный, чистый - можно загороать и без лежака. Или заплатить. Море чистое. Место красивое. Рядом с отелем есть мигрос, аптека, парикмахерская. Вечерами в отеле не было никакой программы, но мы никогда и не хотели бы сидеть в небольшом, городском отеле. Отдыхали в Турции 16 раз!! Есть с чем сравнить. Для своей цены отель очень приличный.

Let's start with the beach. 4 years ago, I personally rested in this part of the beach and it was beautiful, now all the sand was washed away there and when entering the water huge boulders on which you can easily break your legs, and where there were stones earlier, now sand, everything has changed. And no one is to blame for this, of course, but it is not written about anywhere when choosing hotels. A more or less normal entry into the water begins with the 11th beach. There are also no stones in the area of the 1st beach, but the whole beach is washed up with algae and there is an extremely unpleasant smell from them, and no one is trying to clean them up. Now the hotel itself. They do not have Russian-speaking staff, although it is indicated that they allegedly do. Not scary, but still. There is no room cleaning. I have to ask at the reception every time to get out. And even at the same time, the floors were never washed during the entire vacation. As well as the table and chairs on the balcony. They washed the glasses once and the ashtray twice. The garbage was taken out only when we put the bins in the middle of the room, they had not been touched before, although they were full. One day, before leaving the room, we left towels on the floor, as I used to do in other places, as a sign that they need to be changed. They just picked them up and hung them back on the hooks! After communicating with the administrator, they were still changed. One day the curtain fell off with a curtain. We asked to fix it. The curtain was attached, the curtain remained lying on the floor. After a repeated request, the curtain was hung up. In general, for each item of their work, you have to poke their nose. Shower doors on all sides, including the bottom, with slits in the centimeter. Therefore, the whole floor was always wet and I had to put a towel and walk on it. About the "All inclusive". Only meals are included, beer, vodka, crayfish, wine, soda are on the bar. Wi-fi is free only in the lobby. On the beach belonging to the hotel, sun loungers, a bar are paid. The food is monotonous, not tasty. The same salads, snacks every meal. The hot stuff is almost always semi-finished products, to taste like dog food. It is extremely rare that there will be chicken, fish, etc. However, the desserts are not bad. Beer and coffee are also good. They did not dare to try the wine. The lobby is open until 21:30. Then the lights turn off, the staff goes home and there is nothing else to do in the hotel. The cleaner with us, when he was washing the floors, pushed all the dirt into the pool drain with a mop and did not really want to swim in it any further. In general, of course I understand that this is an economy option, 3 stars, etc., but you can still treat the guests more respectfully. I do not recommend this hotel!

Хороший отель! Самое главная изюминка, его место расположения! Самый центр, в 100 метрах пляж Клеопатра. Хорошая инфраструктура, много магазинов, аквапарк. Минус, то что отель старый, годов 60… но все же, стараются поддерживать все в исправном состоянии. Везде косметический ремонт произведен. По кухне, нормально, на твердую 4. Очень понравился персонал. В отеле в основном европейцы, русских где то 20%

Брали из-за расположения, в центре. Всё понравилось, чисто, спокойно, убирали ь каждый день. Еда достойная, бар с обеда до 22. Ассортимент достаточный. Бассейн без подогрева, кому это важно. Сейф в номере. Номера не очень большие, но это самый центр. До моря и фуникулера 5 минут. Ехали на шоппинг. До базара и магазинов 10-15 минут. Я очень довольна

При заселении часто хотят отправить в другой отель. Нам без скандала по итогу сразу дали номер. Те, кто ночь ночевал в другом отеле, обещали дать номер по больше.
Расположение отличное. В 7 минутах пляж Клеопатра (лежаки платные), пещера, фуникулер (10$ в одну сторону). Мигрос, Bim, вайкики, магазин текстиля Beyas Tekstil.
Еда: скромная но вкусно. Наедались. Фрукты расстроили(яблоки, зелёные сливы, иногда виноград и Апельсин) арбуза и дынь мы не застали.
Уборка никакая, постельное за неделю ни разу не убрали. Номера многие маленькие.
Анимации вечером не было, один раз была пенная вечеринка в 14:00 в бассейне.
Бассейн холодный.
Вай фай в лобби бесплатный, отлично ловит.
Сотрудники не говорят по русски, пользовались переводчиком. Доброжелательные. Ремонт свежий, плесени не было. В номерах на первом этаже сильный запах канализации из туалета. Слив сделан нормально, застоя воды не было. Сушка на балконе не большая, но её хватало. Кондиционер работал-пульт бесплатный. Остались всем довольны.

1. Расположение - огонь, все в шаговой доступности
2. Питание - не очень. Не хватает мяса и рыбы, много острого и дико соленого. Большая часть десертов - это разноцветные манники. Кофе и чай - не вкусные. Вино - не вкусное. Газировка и пиво - нормально.
3. Номер очень тесный, душевая тоже компактная. Номер убирался каждый день. Балкон выходил на оживленную улицу, поэтому до 01.00 по местному времени довольно шумно.
4.Бесплатный Wi-Fi только в холле, в номере стоит 10 евро за неделю.
5. За бассейн ничего не скажу, за неделю так и не был там.(зачем, если есть море)
6. Ресепшн по-русски не говорит, нужен базовый английский, хотя и без него проблем не будет. Вокруг всегда есть люди, которые помогут
7. Алания очень крутое место, очень красивый город!
8. Пляж с мелкой галькой, очень приятной. Местами, при входе в море есть скользкие камни
9. Море чистое
10. Львиная доля отдыхающих русские, немцы (австрийцы), скандинавы. Были поляки и украинцы, никаких конфликтов не возникало.
Итог: в Алании точно нужно отдыхать, хоть и далековато от аэропорта (2часа в автобусе). Очень красивый город и крутой пляж. Но я бы советовал посмотреть другие отели.

Самый главный плюс гостиницы - месторасположение! Всё рядом, есть куда выйти погулять, познакомиться с местным бытом, так сказать. До моря, буквально 5 минут идти. Пляж Клеопатра - шикарен!!!
Сама гостиница достаточно скромная, уборка отвратительная. На полу постоянно песок, который даже не подметают. Сантехника вся грязная. В шкафу - пыль.
Питание- в принципе неплохое. Есть курица, иногда рыба, соевые котлеты, нагетсы, овощи и тд. Голодными не были) На крайний случай - вокруг очень много кафешек, с великолепной кухней.
Бассейн небольшой, но места всегда хватало всем. 80% жильцов - немцы. Персонал абсолютно не говорит на русском, будьте к этому готовы. Общались на английском.
Алкоголь - есть пиво (вкусное), вино красное и белое, раки (не всегда). Водки, не смотря на то, что заявлена в описании к гостинице - нет.
Соседнее здание - мечеть. Утром, на рассвете, достаточно громко))) но для нас, это даже был плюс, так как просыпались и шли на море! В рассветных лучах, оно особенно красиво...

Самый главный плюс это местоположение.. Номера маленькие, за 11 дней ни разу не поменяли постельное и полотенца, постельное чистое, но на дырках. Питание очень скромное, на завтрак из мясного только колбаса... Обед и ужин только один вид мясного, для мужчины есть практически нечего. На русском не говорят, интернет только холле. Если только ночевать, то хорошо, питаться проще в кафе, дёшево и вкусно, пляж в 2х минутах, чистый и красивый, магазины транспорт все рядом

Неплохой трехзвездочный. Расположение-огонь. Чисто и очень приятный персонал на ресепшн. Вне сезон отдал 110 долларов за неделю с 8 по 15 ноября. С завтраком. Поставил 4е,а не 5 из за завтрака-меню не менялось совсем за неделю. Хотя бы как то разнообразили бы. А так рекомендую.

Я поставлю 5 звезд,за то,что наш отпуск удался!!! Отель нам понравился,но были нюансы) кормят хорошо, радушный персонал. Какой там пляж! Тут же и центр города! Мы довольны очень! Отель 4 звезды оправдывает

Хороший городской отель для не прихотливых людей и тех , кто приехал не на все включено , а питаться где то в кафешках, тк даже завтраки были не очень, море в 3 х минутах хотьбы , пляж Клеопатра и подъёмник на крепость , Мигрос также в минуте от отеля, так что расположение отличное !

Единственный плюс этого отеля это расположение,ВСЕ
Захотите поспать, не получится,шумки нет вообще,слышно как в соседнем номере разговаривают по телефону. Еда очень на любителя,без разнообразия. Уборка очень плохая,ее можно сказать нет. В номере не было принадлежностей для гигиены. Сам номер очень маленький,там даже одному места мало. Короче даже не хочу отзыв писать,в таком плохом отеле был первый раз был,даже в хостелах на много культурнее. Бассейн вообще лужа.

Кондиционер в лобби никогда не включают, номера не убирают, полотенца просто складывают, не меняют, за 2 недели проживания ни разу не дали полотенце для лица. Еда однообразная рис курица без конца. Подумайте прежде чем покупать. Единственный плюс это расположение!
