We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The room was clean, towels were changed almost every day (starting from the 3rd day of stay), bed linen was changed twice in 10 days of rest. The staff was responsive, they quickly responded to requests regarding the hotel, and they were also happy to help with word and deed in matters related to their stay in Abkhazia. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, there is enough space for everyone, the staff cleans daily, which is good news. The water in the pools is warm, and one of them also has a zone for small children (very shallow). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I really liked the hotel. When I booked, I read reviews, looked at photos, and the description of the hotel. The description and the photo all matched. 👍 3 pools, all clean👌the rooms are not big, but we had enough space!! By the way, we didn't come to sit in the room. They only slept in it. There was always water, good pressure, hot water (boiler) It was enough. The breakfast buffet is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. Overall, everything is fine. The only wish was that there was not enough clean drinking water in common use and a kettle in the room.🤗

Great hotel! We rented a house for a couple of days in August- perfect cleanliness, everything is working properly, there is Wi-Fi, 3 clean pools of good size, quiet and peaceful!)Also very nice staff!) We will recommend it!)
