We stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The room was clean, towels were changed almost every day (starting from the 3rd day of stay), bed linen was changed twice in 10 days of rest. The staff was responsive, they quickly responded to requests regarding the hotel, and they were also happy to help with word and deed in matters related to their stay in Abkhazia. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel, there is enough space for everyone, the staff cleans daily, which is good news. The water in the pools is warm, and one of them also has a zone for small children (very shallow). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I really liked the hotel. When I booked, I read reviews, looked at photos, and the description of the hotel. The description and the photo all matched. 👍 3 pools, all clean👌the rooms are not big, but we had enough space!! By the way, we didn't come to sit in the room. They only slept in it. There was always water, good pressure, hot water (boiler) It was enough. The breakfast buffet is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. Overall, everything is fine. We rested in July 2024. The room is not large, clean, it has 2 single and 1 double beds, a wardrobe, a coffee table and 2 chairs (for four people), a toilet combined with a shower, air conditioning and a small refrigerator, dryer, TV. When we stopped just off the road, I wanted to take a shower, but there was no hot water, we washed cold. Then there were several more times when the water and light were turned off. There are two pools on the territory, one deep, there is no children's area in the pool, a problem for those children who cannot swim, warm, illuminated, there is an area next to the pool with sun beds and umbrellas, 2 areas for eating equipped with microwaves, electric kettles, sinks and dishes, but there is no stove for self-cooking This was not specifically stated in the ad, but it was her own fault, as she did not specify it when booking and checking in. You can order a buffet breakfast, the price is 600 rubles per person. Linen and towels were changed every three days, and the foot towels were changed every day. Washing and drying is paid 300 rubles, they asked for a basin, they gave us, so I washed from the bottom of my heart. There is no sound insulation in the rooms from the word with everything, the audibility is great. It's a decent walk to the sea, past cafes and shops. Good afternoon! We had a vacation with our family in July 2024. The child is 4 years old. I liked everything.The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioner saved me in extreme heat. The pool is nice. The dining room has excellent breakfasts and a selection of dishes. Three changes of linen. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with a child. A wonderful dining room on the way to the sea "Mandarin" lunches and dinners at affordable prices. There is a bus stop nearby, if you want to go to see Gagra and Pitsunda (20-25 min drive), the fare is 100 rubles. The administrator helped with any question. In very bad weather, the lights were turned off in the village, but the hotel had its own generator and we did not sit in the dark! If you are considering this option, we recommend it, you will not regret it!

We had a rest in July 2024. The hotel is only for overnight stays. Do not wait for cleaning, there was not a single time during the 8 days of our stay there, not even the slightest hint of cleaning. The wife herself washed the floors a couple of times. The only thing, upon request, was once provided towels for a change. Toilet paper was purchased independently. Breakfast is organized in an open cafe at the hotel, at a cost of 600 rubles per person. An adult man may be able to eat for that amount, but a child... unlikely. Therefore, it is more profitable to go to the nearest cafe and have a snack there. One of the advantages: a roof over your head. And that's about it. The pool looks clean, but the children splash in it until late at night and in my opinion it just does not have time to clean up, as in the same Turkey, where you can no longer swim after 19.00. The sea is 700 meters away, a 15-minute walk. The cost is 5000 rubles per day. The Internet is not any kind, it needs to be caught. In general, for a good rest, I would not recommend it.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time! The tour operator offered the Askar hotel. Everything corresponds to the reviews! I was very pleased with the pool, which was cleaned every morning. Daily cleaning, linen change every 4 days! The breakfasts are ordinary! The staff is friendly. Violent vacationers interfering with others were evicted in front of us, it is immediately obvious that the hotel is family-run. To idealize, I would move this hotel to Gagry or Pitsunda so that there would be an opportunity for an evening walk in beautiful places. Alakhadzy is for those who want to be a seal, swim in the pool, walk to the sea through the market and who do not care about visual beauty! And a Five for Albert and his team! R. S. In terms of convenience, it seems normal, but the mattresses are squeaky. Any movement, even with the head, causes a nasty creak. Not comfortable. Noise insulation is also so-so. Never again: A large Armenian village. Dozens of cheap hotels. Drunken common people in droves, from the very morning both on the roads and on the beach, start drinking at breakfast. The beach is wide, not equipped with anything, waves, in the evening I start driving UAZ cars along it. There is a cool bar by the sea. The rooms in July were not cheap, but we did not spare the money, another pleasant moment is that a triple room costs the same as a double room. As for the food, the breakfasts are monotonous, tasteless, if the children did not finish the cereal, then the staff constantly grumbled that they would gain from greed right in the face, they do not eat themselves from greed? From the hotel to the sea, it takes about 15 minutes to walk along a busy street right along the road, where cars drive endlessly back and forth. This means that there is no infrastructure in this village. The only plus is that the money was refunded - a deposit at the time of booking. While we were awake, we reached the beach in the morning - the sea is clean, but the beach is unkempt, there is garbage everywhere.

There is Wi-Fi, but the speed, of course, leaves much to be desired, especially when all the vacationers are on the territory of the hotel, however, some vacationers even managed to work remotely. There are shops nearby. It's a long way to the sea, but these are small things, but there are wonderful views of the mountains around. At night, you can hear the sound of the surf. Minibuses to Pitsunda and Gagra pass by the hotel. We were very pleased that we chose this particular hotel for our vacation. I stayed at this hotel with my husband in the summer of 2019. We were very satisfied. The owners of the hotel are pleasant and polite people. The food is delicious. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. The sea is generally amazing. Clean, transparent. There is little entertainment. But there are a lot of excursions. If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, then I strongly advise you to go there. For breakfast they give: sausage with cheese, a terrible omelette, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard-boiled dry eggs and cereals with milk, well, sweets. That's it!!! AND so IT IS EVERY DAMN DAY!!! When I read in the review about the monotonous menu, I did not think that it simply does not change from day to day. How do you like it yourself?!?! Even instant coffee. And only for extra money, the dude, if of course you catch him on the spot, will make you a normal coffee Staff attitude: with all due respect to the local mentality.. during the entire rest period, only Arthur was seen. We had a rest in August 2022, we arrived at 15.00, but we were settled only at 16.00, although the stated check-in time is from 14.00. At the same time, they settled in the wrong room, instead of a deluxe room with mountain views, they gave a triple room with a view of the pool, which is not comfortable, because it is always noisy and a lot of people day and night. Room cleaning is very conditional, towels were changed once in a week, shampoos and soap were given only on the first day, in general, the price tag is not justified, for a room where there is no refrigerator, a hair dryer and an iron bed with springs.

It was planned to spend 4 days in this hotel. The price for 1 night was 5700. The price included the so-called "all inclusive". The food is disgusting, from the word at all. If you have ever had to stay in the hospital in the infectious diseases department, this is the kind of food in this hotel. There is no closet in the room, no mirror, no refrigerator, the door to the balcony opens with difficulty, by morning the toilet began to smell of sewage. I attach a photo of an omelet for breakfast (all according to the issue, so that I don't get an extra piece). To top off the picture: a girl vomited at breakfast, and the guests began to say that the rotovirus mows everyone down in turn. The village itself, where the Hotel is located, is also terrible. When I announced that I was checking out, the hostess of the hotel charged me another 2 thousand rubles, that is, a night in this wonderful hotel cost me around 8 thousand (in Krasnaya Polyana, a 5* spa Hotel with an amazing breakfast costs 6 thousand a night). Moreover, the hostess of the hotel informed the booking that I had not stopped by at all, had not paid any money, and accordingly I could not leave a review on the booking. I do not recommend it in any case!
