We bought a mattress. The staff said it was in stock. It turned out that the exhibition sample was "accidentally" sold. It only became clear when, a few days after the order, I began to figure out for myself why no one had contacted me about the delivery so far. In the process, I also found out that the delivery is paid separately and costs several thousand more. We asked about this during the registration process, but there was no talk about it. We needed the mattress urgently, so we agreed to take this exhibition sample. They promised to give us a mattress pad as a gift. They began to find out the delivery time - "well, they usually take you out of the shopping center at night." Seriously? They asked me to make a pickup. We have good movers, we'll pick it up ourselves. They asked to pack the mattress, prepare it for delivery, the staff agreed, agreed on the time, arrived on time. And of course, nothing is packed, the mattress is not ready, and the staff are blinking their eyes. Along the way, I met with some other customers who had gone through a similar anti-quality service. In short, it was refused. There is nothing left of the former respect for the brand.
